Belk located in the Crabtree Valley Mall at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 is a great Department Store chain! Very friendly helpful staffing, and a very wide variety of high quality goods from Clothes to Jewelry to home comfort.
Ivette in Jewelry was a joy to work with finding a gift for my wife.
Rebecca was also tremendously helpful when I picked up the ring - and I spent another grand on bargains :)

Very well merchandised. Even though stock is light during the pandemic they have done a great job. In the past their aisle have been to crowded. It was a little harder to find a sales associate. Overall it is a great store to shop in.

I went yo get a few make up tips and products from Bobbi Brown my experience was the best ever! I learned a few tip brought some great items for my face and made a new friend. I did not want to leave the counter I was having so much fun, Mes. Silicon Valley Ca you are best and you really have a new friend. ANGE

Very clean and organized and neat. It was really nice it is a 3 level store. The biggest one I’ve been in the mens section is in another store so I suppose it’s 4 levels.

The women’s shoe department had a good selection. Justin, the sales associate was very helpful. I ended up forgetting my jacket and someone turned it in to lost and found. The sales associate at lost and found was friendly and helpful.

GOOD DEALS ON NAME BRANDS! Belk has a huge selection of name brands and offers sales regularly for store wide savings. Recently bought a ring from Belk for 65% off and got an additional 20% off for signing up for a Belk card. The jewelry assistant was very helpful and worked with me to get me the best deal! He even gave me his personal card if I had any issues or questions. Highly recommend this for higher end shopping and jewelry!

The lady Amira at customer service was most helpful. The selection is always great here. I will definitely be back

I had such a wonderful, refreshing shopping trip at Belks! I've been a customer since the 80s. With the detoration of customer service over the past 4 years of covid, I felt like things were normal again....especially the customer service. Amy really helped and spent time with me and it was refreshing to have someone who actually liked her job and her customer. Thank you Amy and Belks!

Love Belk's. Always a lot of good things in stock. Clean store. Helpful staff. We have been looking for family Christmas pajamas, they have a lot and different sizes including for the family dog

Belk is the only place where I can find the pants that I like, and they are at the perfect length. They also have lots of goodies for my house!

Very chill vibes at the bottom where the perfume section was. The lady who helped me pick out a perfume was so sweet that she even gave me free samples and put my things in a cute display box. Will recommend going and dealing with her and her only wish I got her name. I would've included it here. She was amazing and made my experience so much better.

Great place to shop and get things you need and don't need..

One of the last great brick and mortar stores around Belk at Crabtree mall is three stories and well kept with a large staff and variety of products compared to other Belk stores in the region

The employees that I dealt with were super helpful, very patient, and knowledgeable. It has been a long time since I felt like a true customer and the employees cared about my needs. I sincerely enjoyed this Belks. Not to mention that their sales were absolutely fantastic.

Crabtree Valley Mall is still one of the best malls in the Southeast part of the United States. Yes, it has changed over the years, but it still feels like it did when I moved to the area in 2006.

I love the variety of brands offered, cleanliness, and helpful staff. One of my favorite places to shop. Well done Belk!

Just your typical department store. Tons, massive amount of sales for 4th of July weekend.
This is what I like the most: they carry my favorite jean brand names, Joe, London, True Religion etc. as you know these are $200 jeans, I saw a few of these at 40% off, not many though, just a few.

Loved Belks more than Macy's, which was surprising!
