The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Izzy and another girl. I liked that they told me about the buy one get one 50% off promotion they had, which I was not even aware of. I ended up buying two jeans and they also helped me save extra money with 15% discount. More than the discount or the extra savings, I really appreciated the customer service and proactiveness. I do own a retail business myself and I know how it important it is to talk to your clients about existing deals and promotions. It always helps to upsell. Retain these girls.

The manager Ashely is an incredible asset to this store.
On numerous occasions she's magically appeared and solved my problem in record time, without ever being annoying or salesy.
She demonstrates great leadership skills, and she knows the store like the back of her hand.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. The staff were super nice, helpful, and actually engaged with the customers. Everyone that was working seemed happy to be there, and that is something that I truly appreciate. The woman who was managing the fitting rooms was a huge help and had a fantastic attitude, she kept checking in on me to see if I needed anything and offered to grab me different sizes if needed. It's just an overall amazing place.

This is a great Aerie location! All the girls are super helpful. They are always available and happy to help me check for my sizes in the back or assist with any questions that I have. I recently went back to Aerie to get a price adjustment on some items, Rachel and Deena were extremely patient and kind with helping me with this task! Thanks ladies ❤

I love the new design of this American Eagle. It looks so much more appealing and modern. Great section in mens and women’s. The entire store was well organized and stocked. Everyone was nice and welcoming. They were also helpful in picking a coat out for me and checking out.

The staff is always so helpful and sweet. I have went my entire life wearing garments that don’t fit. Mason took the time to pull out the ipad and go over smaller size options available online based on the products I found in store. Wearing garmets that actually fit has really helped my confidence and made me feel better overall. The store is always well kept and stocked even when it is super busy. Okay, so I got sober off hard drugs a little over a year ago, and I gained 30 pounds since then. I'm really self conscious about my weight since I used to be a size 4 and now I'm a 12. Anyway, I start my new job on Monday and needed an extremely specific pair of jeans ASAP.

Kaitlyn was soooo helpful and nice. She didn't offer any judgment on my size and tried very hard to find these jeans in my size and style. Kaitlyn found the perfect pair for me, and I couldn't be happier! She really saved the day. Thank you AE!

Love it there! last time I've been there it was my birthday and my Fiance wanted to get me a new blue jean I don't know about jeans that much (I go to Wal-Mart lol) and my cashier handed me a couple of jeans to try. She was dead on I love them!

From the time I got greeted to the time of purchase, every employee was awesome. They were able to pull some underwear that I was looking for and they were very honest when I asked about their opinions. I will continue to shop here for my underwear, great staff😄😄

I was having an issue with the fit of some of my bras and the girls here was so quick and attentive at taking my measurements and helping me try on different styles until we found something that worked. They were all SO nice and I will never shop at VS again after Aerie!

We went to the American Eagle store at Crabtree Valley Mall last night looking for three pairs of khaki pants in three different sizes for our wedding next weekend... The sales associate and manager on duty went above and beyond to get us what we needed... Including searching their entire store, checking online and then calling numerous stores to locate all three sizes, all while serving other customers and maintaining a cheerful attitude. We really appreciated their kindness and perseverance!!!

Store manager is really nice. She told she could do an exception and give me the online only 25% discount code for in store purchase. People like her are the ones who makes me go to stores instead of online purchases.

Ashley is honstly the shining light of this store. I had baught a dress from them a week before and when I brought it home it had a rip. When I came back looking for it again they no longer had the dress. I told her it was for my boyfirend's homecoming after being deployed. She instantly started calling other locations trying to find it and she did. Ashley if you are reading this you are the best!

Went to get nail polish that was on sale online but when I got there it was a $1 more and the sale associate adjusted the price,she was very helpful also ask if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program

Great selection and very helpful and freindly staff. Can make for a fast and efficient shopping trip if needed (for example picking up a last minute swimsuit for a vacation)
