There’s a very well-designed Best Buy though when I shopped they were very very few staff on the floor that was 6 o’clock on a Wednesday night . When I did get someone to help me, he was friendly and helpful. This is moderately sized Best Buy, not a large one not a small one.
I was sad to learn that unless you use the Best Buy credit card, you will no longer get reward points for discounts.

Where i go to drool at 8K TVs. Was last here in 2023 to pick up my new watch. Was back again to collect Samsung's newest watch ordered online. Great and prompt service. Store could use an update. Feels dated.

Good enough selection of OLED TVs and not much of a line. Nice geek workers who were helpful, not much stock of Sim cards but good prices on the ones they have. Mostly a mint mobile selection often out of the 3 month supply but they had 2 today.

Very nice best. Buy this selection of product. I had no problem finding what I was looking for on my visit and i've and I felt the store had a good selection of merchandise. The tame was verse sponsive international questions.

Our washer died =( but Best Buy helped pick out a new one. Answered all our questions and helped with the purchase
And set up a great delivery.

Had a great experience at this Best Buy. Was not bothered and was able to walk around with my husband. When I needed to be checked out, it was smooth, and I even got a Best Buy credit card. Will be back.

Tomas in the computer department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I typically don’t expect or receive great customer service from “big box” stores, so it was a pleasant surprise!

As far as Bestbuy's go- it is Bestbuy you know what you are signing up for. This store has good crew - same faces for years.

I ordered a dji flymore kit, It arrived at store the very day it stated it would, collection went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had to replace an iPhone after a long trip. It was late in the evening and I had exceptional service. Pleasant surprise! Good ending to a tough day.

Went there to get my wife's computer repaired and bought a TV.
Another trip to Best Buy. Walked in the front door and one of the staff asked me what I was looking for and told me where to go. Later I was looking for a USB to C charging cable near the back of the store and another staff person took me near the front where the cables are. Very successful and quick visit.

They had the portable AC unit I needed in stock when my house AC went out. Ordered over the phone picked up & paid in the store. Helped me load it in my car.

The manager here is fantastic. We were considering never shopping at Best buy again until we spoke to the manager here.

Nia and Meena went above and beyond to help me hunt something down they said they had in stores right as they were closing. SERIOUSLY appreciate the level of effort they went to while being so cheerful the entire time. What they didn't know is I actually spend thousands of dollars on my hobby every month and I will now be shopping exclusively for it at this best buy as a result. Thank you!

I had bought a new phone at one location and had to pick it up at this location. The phone was ready when I arrived and the guy told me how to activate it. Very easy process.

Had good experiences here in the past, but today was by far the best! My husband and I went to go get a copy of The Menu as it's a favorite. We go to the shelf and it's priced at $60,696.99. Understandably, there was deep confusion. We brought it to the workers and it was indeed priced at that. We all got a good laugh as they worked on fixing the price.

We hopped over to the mall, grabbed some food and then came back an hour later and it was fixed. Thank you for the great service and the great sense of humor! Made our day.

Please don't let lazy asset assessors bankrupt Best Buy. I know y'all can make it. Garbage in, garbage out. Quality in quality out. It was no contest, I got what I needed for way less elsewhere.

Even though I couldn't physically go into the store, because they aren't allowing that right now, I still got great help from an associate. He helped me grab the item I needed and then checked me out right there on the spot. Awesome customer service today!

The gentleman was extremely helpful in the geek squad was super helpful and polite. He found xes the glitch in my laptop in less than two minutes. Thank you very much.. always had good service at Best Buy.
