Is an excellent bookstore . I’m really glad that actual bookstores still exist. As with online reading and downloading they’ve almost become obsolete, but not Barnes & Noble!
Their stock was great. Displays looked wonderful, and the store was clean.

Best Barnes and Nobles in the area. I've tried a few others with not much luck in stock or variety. I could have spent forever in this one looking at everything. It's clean, organized and open later than some of the others. This is my go to book store for sure.

The staff are always pleasant and friendly. They ask if you need help looking for anything in particular but don't hound you if you are not looking for anything in particular. Unlike how some places do which is really nice.

I came with my friend today for an art day and we tried the sugar cookie with oat milk latte, but apparently it's one of the only seasonal drinks that doesn't come with whip cream on top. The barista was really nice when I inquired about it and we worked something out.

I managed to get some whipped cream on both of the lattes! So now I know next time!

This Barnes &Noble felt a little dirty compared to the one in our town but the people were super nice. For a weekend, I’m used to more foot traffic but I was glad it wasn’t packed. We had to meet a party at Crabtree so ended up at the book store just for a place to hang out for a bit. I noticed they were missing the trains in the children’s area just as the one in our hometown. I guess COVID stopped all the train playing. It’s sad to see it gone. I did get a chai. I sat in the cafe for a little while just people watching. I could hear a lady getting trained on how to run the cafe properly and how to follow standards. One couple seemed to be on their first “date”. I love listening to people and watching.

It’s so refreshing to go to a place where the employees want to talk to you and are happy to have a conversation about what you’re interested in. Came in looking at the Nook and the employees really knew the device and were happy to answer my questions.

Wonderful atmosphere. So many items to purchase! Sat down to enjoy some coffee while I enjoyed looking through my purchases.

Lots of books. The staff are helpful seem to know the areas of the store.

There aren't too many bookstores around these days, it is worth paying a little more to keep them around as a public place to go and simply peruse things you may not otherwise read. There is an internal Starbucks at this location and it is centrally located within the store to create a unique atmosphere. The shopping center itself looks a little older, but the store is very clean and well kept.

I visited this location today and absolutely enjoyed it. Most people prefer when the staff interact with the shopper more, but I actually appreciate that the staff allow a little more peace and quiet. Everyone is courteous, however, if you do need help. I'm glad to have visited this Barnes and Noble and plan to visit again.

To me, there's nothing like physically being in the bookstore. Being able to touch, feel and even smell the books, lol.
B&N always run a clean shop. Very organized and with an ample selection. You end up buying more books than you will actually read!

Staff is friendly and the store is always clean and in order. Parking is always easy.

Very helpful staff and friendly. Had one employee help me find my book and another cashier help with me with a price match from the website and apply a gift card. Plenty of room in the Cafe too to sit and read.

It's everything you'd expect at a Barnes & Noble, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman at the register chatted with me about the books I was buying, which I think adds some credibility. There's something reassuring in knowing that the person selling you books has actually read the books. Not sure why that matters, but it feels like it does 🤷‍♂

Amazing customer service! I bought 2 board games for my son that he had saved up for. We were looking for two specific ones so we took our time and bought them online. Suddenly around midnight our order was mysteriously cancelled. We were leaving for our trip the next day and wanted to bring them to play. I called and 2 employees named Nicole and Heather helped me find them in store and buy them and we were able to pick them up the next day! Thank you so much! You two deserve a raise!

Good selection of books. Well maintained store. Love the kids book reading sections they organize every month.

Best Criterion Collection I've seen in store. Excellent selection. Made the 50% off sale even better.
