Our experience at Lowe’s was great. We were greeted at the door as soon as we entered. Aldo and Cheryl went above and beyond their responsibilities, helping us find plants and potting accessories. Amazing experience. I will always drive the extra mile for this A1 experience!

The experience was great, an the prices are fair, just bought a Washer this year 2023, an they delivered it on time, with the appliance's to go with the Washer. Customer service, called before they deliver, delivery guy where presentable, and they also hook up the appliance's with in minutes. Thanks for the great experience, I shall be returning to this Lowe's Home Improvement location.

I had a great experience across the board during the purchase of my new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The sales rep was thorough and pleasant. The delivery guys Jorhe and Jose were awesome. They were on time, and it didn't take them long at all. Great job!

My favorite home improvement store. It’s very clean, organized, easy to navigate and not overwhelming especially as a woman. I’m always doing Diy projects with items like paint and free glass cutting at this store. Customer service is good too.

I'm not really a DIY type girly but I am trying my first project and Cindy and Destiny were so helpful !! they were so kind and patient with me with all my questions and doubtfulness I had within myself and what I needed to purchase! So Shout out to those ladies, ya'll are rockstars!!

LaBaron was SO helpful! He walked me clear across the store twice to look for something I had misnamed, then he carried the pail of drylok for me all the way back across the store and out to my car. He was fantastic and really seemed to care if my project got done! Thanks!!

I recently came to purchase a washer/dryer and a new gas range from the Lemmon Ave. store. My sales person in appliances was Miguel Martinez. He was professional and most helpful the entire way thru the process. I would certainly recommend him to others.

This is definitely the Lowe’s of The Park Cities. Always clean and staff greets you with a smile and their Customer Service is greatly improved since their new Store Manager arrived. Always my first stop for anything to fix up my humble abode.

The merchandise is good the staff is good but in my opinion the store should have more people to help the customer i got the impression they are under staff.

I want to take a minute to mention two gentlemen who delivered a fridge to the Athena Condominiums today. Edsel and Alex both displayed a warm friendly attitude, extreme professionalism and patience. They followed all of our building guidelines and cleaned up before they left the property.
I wish every encounter with delivery guys went this well. On behalf of my entire team we send a huge thank you to both of these men.

There were experienced staff who could help people to figure out struggling situations of home maintenance. It is the right way to sell those over priced materials. Great service!

The employees are the so friendly and helpful at this location. It is small compared to the other stores I have been to but if you are looking for excellent customer service on the sales floor go here.

Super helpful staff. I visited lows after giving my mother a TV for Christmas. She didn’t have a drill so I got that for her too. Blink Amazon cameras? Sure. Why not? They are the same price at Lows as they are on Amazon. Remember the days when Amazon was cheaper? I love that you can go to stores and find the same price there as you would on Amazon.

The staff at the Lemmon location is awesome. I got what I needed and they even made me breakfast tacos outside. Best Lowe's I've been to.

I went to purchase flooring that was on clearance. The employee in the flooring department was extremely helpful along with the young man that helped me load the flooring in my car.

Update: Changed to 5 stars. It has been a week and I did not expect it can be solved. Today I went to the store to buy some pipe and just ask about the status of the digital gift card issue. Out of my expectation, they helped me solve the problem. Many thanks to the new manager Sean and Yaremi.

0 star if possible. Very poor payment system! On July 28th, 8:30pm to 9:30pm, I was trying to buy a PEX-B pipe($64.82 including tax). After I paid with a in-store gift card($12.42), two digital gift card($16+$30), and credit card. After the payment, the checkout machine crashed. After the machine is recovered, there is no order number or receipt for my payments. I have to use the credit card to pay for it again. The money of digital gift cards are gone. The cashier asked me to contact the customer care on the next day(Saturday) because they cannot handle the digital gift card. On the next day, I called customer care department, but I was asked to go back to the store to solve the problem. I went back to the store, but I was told that they cannot solve this problem on weekends. They got my phone number and said they would give me a feedback on Monday. I went to the store on Tuesday morning but told that I need to wait for another 2 hours for the Friday cashier. I went back again at noon but told that I need to wait until 2pm for the manager.
Now I am very tired of getting this $46 back and never dare to use Lowes gift card in that central dallas Lowes store again.

The employees are helpful and engaging at the two locations I visited! Great experience in retail!

Finally I found the product with special price with good quality at this location.

Laid back store . Employees are always willing and available to help and their knowledge of items are top tier. Im always shopping here for that reason

Rarely do I post reviews, but Rylin at Lowe's really deserves a shout out. I'm pretty good around a hardware store, but today I couldn't find the right size sprinkler pipe. He showed me where it was, then cut it down from 6" to the 1 inch size I needed. Such a small thing, but his helpfulness saved me a bunch of hassle having to get a hacksaw and do it myself. This extra-mile level of service is why I'm a loyal Lowe's customer, and the one at the corner of Inwood and Lemmon is top-notch. Thanks again for making my day over a 75 cent part!
