AT&T Store

Francisco, was amazing he was amazing. He was patient with everything going on trying to help me to resolve the issue. He did everything he could. He pulled out every car he could to make sure I walked out of that store happy he is amazing and out of every AT&T store I have ever been to, and I have been to plenty. This Has to be the best. No matter where I move to in Dallas or wherever I go. I will always go to this AT&T store because they have such an amazing team and Francisco is the best.

Rich— Is awesome! He is a great listener and very knowledgeable about the services and best plans.

The good thing is that this store is generally never crowded which makes the experience better.

The entire team seems cohesive and willing to help all customers.

I like this place. It's generally in and out business only. Cisco and Damian are good with tricks to save while providing lovely customer service. You'll probably like it if you go here too.

Fransisco is one of the most patient and professionally-friendly sales people I have worked with. He explained everything slowly and clearly and helped me explore various options before I figured out what I needed.

I had quite a few obstacles walking into this store and this store took care of me, they even stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of.

Ruben is the guy to talk to, super smart, straight shooter and goes above and beyond. The other guy Francisco was extremely accomodating as well, I swear he was helping a million people at the same time since I was occupying so much of Ruben's time. Go see them.

Both Richard Haight and Ruben Camacho at the Lemmon Av. location in Dallas Texas. Are great customer service representatives. They took the time to help me with the issues I was having with my new 15 pro max and my Apple Watch. Although they were busy they helped me and helped the other guest out efficiently. Keep it up guys. This is why I have been with AT&T so long.

Cisco - Your are the best customer service rep in the whole country!

We came in close to closing hours and ensured us that the issue we were having was going to be resolved no matter the time.

Great customer service staff is super friendly. Manager Johnathan was very helpful and resolved an issue with my brothers phone that another AT&T could not resolve. Johnathan is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I also upgraded my phone and helped me save money as well. He went above and beyond trying to help us transfer our data to our new phone. I walked into AT&T upset about a previous scenario with a previous employee. However, Jeremy was amazing. He was so incredibly helpful as was his manager Jonathan. They remedied the previous issue and then Jeremy went above and beyond with assisting me with probably my 1 million questions lol he was kind, courteous and helpful the entire time. Because of Jeremy and Jonathan, I will continue to be an AT&T customer now and more than likely for life. AT&T treat both of these gentlemen very well as they are key and valued members of your company and I highly recommend the AT&T branch on lemon Avenue to everyone I know and ask for Jeremy and/or Jonathan!

Ken, the manager, helped me with the arduous task of buying a new phone. He was extremely polite and helpful and made it a great experience. His mantra is “I am a customer as well” and this philosophy serves his customers well. Super nice and professional man.

Went in this evening to change our service plan and upgrade our phones. The reps were all busy but friendly. We looked at some phones and waited our turn. We worked with Miriam Jimenez. Out of this world service! Spent almost 2 hours with us, answered all my husbands endless questions, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, personable and just overall a pleasure to work with. We went to the store on Mockingbird in Dallas the day before and the guy was so rude and even though we had masks on he kept backing away and my husband just set his water bottle down and he was like no sir! We went in about 5:50pm and the store closed at 6. We didn’t know it closed at 6, the website said 7. Anyhoo, he was a real jerk, I realize it was late and they were about to close but come on you don’t have to be that rude! Anyways it was good we left because we came to this Lemmon location and it was 1,000 times a better experience and we left happy and satisfied and felt like Miriam actually cared about us. She actually works at the Sylvan West Dallas location. The Lemmon store is convenient for us but we would make the trip to the Sylvan location! The Lemmon location was clean and big enough to social distance and the parking was plenty.

I am very thankful for Miriam and Jeremy they were kind and helpful. All the employees here have always been helpful when I come to this store. Thank you Miriam for helping me get my new Galaxy Z Flip set up! All my contacts switched over I pray to God that Santa brings you a special gift for you this Christmas. 😊 Thank you for your kindness and patience !

Came in looking for new phone accessories for my iPhone 12 Pro and David was so kind! Not only was he extremely patient while I was deciding what brand to go with for a new phone case, he helped me check for warranty on my screen protector! Super knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely be back.

Wow!!! That is my reaction after visiting this AT&T store. Everyone is so incredibly kind and took extra steps to ensure we were taken care of and served with the utmost professionalism.

After parking our car, we were immediately greeted by Hector who let us know about the new safety procedures implemented at the store. We felt at ease knowing what to expect before walking in and respect AT&T for their due diligence.

Next, one of the employees graciously opens the door for me. I get to speak with the store manager, Martin, who is exceptional to say the least. He is so good at what he does and treated me like family. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness. He even let me know about some cost-saving things we could do and so I ended up getting more by spending less! I feel so lucky!

I don’t really live by this store...However, let’s just say I will be coming here from now on!!!

June 27 Edit: I just remembered the name of the other person who helped me - Preston. He is a jewel!

Went to get a new phone and it was such an easy process and good experience with Katrina H. She was patient, helpful and informative. Highly recommend her! She was not the typical pushy sales person. She just simply took good care of us. She was honest and straight forward and we appreciated that. Thanks Katrina!
