The Home Depot

My ladder wasn’t tall enough so I rented one from the Home Depot tool rental. Good service and got the tool I needed to get the job done.

As a general manager with 20 plus years of customer service experience, I was truly surprised to encounter such a well-rounded associate. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Alasheia, asking if I had questions or needed any assistance. I assumed this was the standard walmart interaction, but I was wrong. I asked her to help me find my item , and I did not have a name for only offering a brief and horrible description. She immediately sprung into action sourcing out the part with positive energy. It's hard to find friendly associates that do a great job from the heart. You guys are doing something great here and it shows through your associates. Keep it up.

Staffs always been helpful if not that at least very attentive and aware, the parking is fairly full each time I go there and the carts and Buggies for customers to use while shopping are in good shape I never really had any issues here, and I shop here at least three times a week for my side job

Easy to locate home furnishings, staff is helpful, self checkout was quick. The store was clean and well organized. I went to get moving boxes, there was more than sufficient stock and prices were quite decent.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the manager at this location. I expressed how frustrating painting was this time and it ended up being the wrong paint with old color bleeding through. The manager was able to make everything right for me in à timely, respectful, and even friendly manner. I would recommend this location to my closest friends and family. I’m so excited to finish up my own projects as à new homeowner!

Great selection at the garden center. Definitely not close to my home but worth the drive for some variety

HELP Wanted: Regarding garden and lumber need. The store is HUGE and I was completely lost. Never been in a big store like this one until this beautiful employee approached me and asked if I needed some help and I told her YES PLEASE. She must of notice that I was really lost. At the end she was able to assist me Answered all of my questions on lumber products and gardening.
I was able to complete all of my shopping at a breeze. Thanks to her I feel pretty much confidence to what to look for in the store. WOW... What a great customer experience. She asked me if I was satisfied with her service, to complete a customer survey. yes of course I will. I was at Awe of how she helped me. I don't remember anybody doing this for me. I still remember her name too. Tina. She told me that she was one of the store managers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot must be proud to have her as a great access and I'm pretty lucky to meeting her as well. She helped me get what I needed. Thank you Home Depot. And thank you too Tina. You're the sole purpose of why Home Depot is successful. You're the best. Thank you again.

I had a wonderful experience picking a Christmas tree today. Trees were well organized by height, species, and cost. I was very impressed by the efficient and dependable work of the employee who secured my tree to the top of my car (this didn’t cost any extra!) I ended up with a beautiful tree and I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Liza is a wonderful employee and takes the time and effort to care about the customer's situations!

Martin in plumbing helped me solve a plumbing solution to connect our water to a water filter system with hoses and connectors and t connectors. Great source of knowledge for your customers.

My kids attend the Monthly Kids Workshop and Jaime and staff always make it such a great experience. Very friendly , organized and such a great experience.

Good place to going there to buying anything you need for your home improvement and household needs.

My father and I purchased flowers for our home garden. The flowers weren’t expensive and were in great shape. They added much pizazz to our front yard. Thanks Home Depot!!

I went to Home Depot to pick up a Ryobi fan. When I couldn't find any on the shelf and employee got one off the shelf for me and advised me that they was a deal on a charger and 2 batteries and get the fan for free. Thankful for the knowledgeable employee and super happy with the deal. The cost of charger and batteries alone is a value and essentially I got the fan for free!

Great place for house supplies, plants and other various products

I had a negative experience initially with an online order pickup. Mitch went above and beyond to resolve my issue and personally delivered my order after his shift ended to make sure I had my order and my project would begin on time. He personally made a one star experience a five star experience. Thank you!

I always enjoy going here they have so many things to look at oh, and the staff is always personable and friendly as well as helpful. The parking is great there's plenty of spaces. And there's even a chicken restaurant in the parking lot in case you get hungry.
