Walked in and immediately was welcome with a great staff that was open to assisting me with what i needed. I highly recommend for all your liquor and alcohol needs.

Let me start off by saying how friendly the staff is!! There’s always a tasting on weekends. They are knowledgeable about anything you need. Very cool vibe and great music. It’s a fun experience when you visit! Definitely recommend.

Ladies knew there drink highly recommend for a quick in and out and it was the holidays and they still had everything

So much to choose from they have lots of variety and great customer service. The owners love to go above and beyond to make sure you get what you're looking for!

The little independent liquor store that has it all. Friendly service and just enough of each category that you can get exactly what you need without having to trek through the massive aisles of the corporate chains that are taking over Dallas. It's also very very easy to get to, on Inwood and Lemmon. Support stores like this!!!

They deliver! Thought that was awesome. They have a very good selection of different spirits and wine. The beer selection was small but they had the basics. The two girls working at the counter were welcoming and informative. Will be back :)

The staff was absolutely great. Great selection, great staff, the owners were very kind, helpful, and helped me find something new to drink. They have rewards programs and delivery service too. Definitely coming back again. Excited to have stopped here.

Nice lil place. Neat selection. Wish I could remember the name of the young lady who assisted me(Priscila ,Patricia, portia maybe). She was helpful and so was the rest of the staff. All in all a pleasant experience. Will return or may just try the delivery service I heard about.

After reading reviews on this place, and the only knock being more expensive. I decided to give it a shot. Found exactly what I was looking for(Handle of Tito's), maybe a few dollars more, but it's going back into the nieghborhood. I'll spend a little more at a mom and pop shop, knowing Jordan, and Mike aren't a huge national chain. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable on almost everything in the store. Overall, they had what I needed, and were incredibly professional and helpful. Great conversationalists, if I may add. Cheers!

This place is great! I’ve never been to the actual location because I usually order through a delivery app, but I have had to call a couple times (due to mistakes I’ve made btw) and, I must say, they have the best staff working there! During my last issue I had to call and Jordan answered the phone. He was extremely nice and really helped me out with the issue I was having! If you want great customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Great job!

If I could give Kindred more than 5 stars, I would! There are so many awesome things to say about this place you need to know.
First of all, this store has an incredible selection for spirits/wine at great prices, and if there is something specific you’re looking for that they don’t have, just ask, and they’ll happily order it for you right then and there.
They have a dope rewards program that saves you a bunch of money and it’s quick and easy to sign up. The owners/staff are hands-down, the most sincere, caring, and helpful staff I have ever come across. They will welcomely and graciously help you find what you need/answer any questions you have.
Here’s one of my particular experience I have to share- For weeks, I was on a vigilant search for a specific e-cig pod flavor that literally NO place within a 100-mile radius of Dallas had in stock. When I came in to Kindred, I asked Mark (one of the owners) if by some miracle they had them, and unfortunately they were out too. But a few days later, I get a call from the store saying they found that rare flavor for me and had them at the store! I immediately rushed over there to purchase them and found out that the staff had spent the past THREE days diligently searching and calling every distributor possible to find these pods for me. Without me even asking, they went out of their way to find this rare product because they genuinely care about each and every customer, and go above and beyond to make sure they’re taken care of. This may seem silly, but their act of selflessness and compassion to help and make another person happy brought tears to my eyes. I have been back multiple times only to see the same kindness, sincerity and consideration to the other customers shopping. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! MUST SHOP HERE!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. Im not a drinker ans these folks helped us find some good tastes to go with what were feeling. They were friendly and smart about their product.
And the app delivery model is super sexy

They have a great selection! The employees are so professional and help you pick from the massive variety they have. The prices are amazing and everyone should sign up for their customer program.

I’ve been using Drizly with this liquor store for almost a year. I always had the same delivery man and over time, we’d built a relationship. Like he was my son. So I trusted Ryan and he was always a perfect gentleman. I fell before Thanksgiving on my way to the door. Ryan made sure I was ok, offering to call ambulance.

Recently, ive called the store several times for direct delivery orders. And they have been a disaster, hours late, we forgot your order, etc. the manager appeared on this first very delivery with a bottle of wine as an apology. Then he personally brought me my second order. This last order they forgot my order again. I called and they delivered to me very quickly. But with no apologies. I called to speak with Mike and he apologized. This was after their phone girl hung up on me and sent my calls to Vm. He asked me what I thought was a fair discount. Mentioning $10.00. Why as a business owner, he can not make a management decision? I asked for my $4.00 driver tip back which he declined due to legal agreements with his legal team. But he could have taken that $4.00 from his revenue on this transaction.

Then he wondered if I called the wrong phone line.... it was the same phone on their website. So hinting I was not using the same number I’ve used for orders. So my fault.

This liquor store is at least $10.00 higher than other liquor store in my area. I only splurged because I could trust Ryan, new he’d be fast and then he was a gentleman and I’d be safe. The owner trashed him which I thought was ironic since Ryan was an excellent rep for their store. e was a great sales person, gentleman employee.

They said they fired Ryan for other reasons....Ryan was a good representative and the only reason I paid the extra money for their delivery.

3/13 - Hi Jordan, what I meant regarding the $4.00 tip return, is that I should not be held to a tip for poor service. So I think the $4.00 plus $10.00 would be appropriate. $14.00. As a business owner, you are responsible for all staff, services (delivery people) and systems (telephones). Any service at all regarding your business. Since you just agree with the $10.00 refund, please go ahead and process this refund. I texted Mike but he's not responding. Thank you.

3/4 - the owners have bent over backwards to make up for the past issues. So I've updated my review to 5 stars.

Super friendly service. They don't have a huge selection, but it is a curated one. All the basics, some premium mixers and a few gems for the splurge.

Great customer service, staff was so polite. And an amazing selection !!
