Great store. The best part of this place for me is that they have their own parking. Since they have Amazon drop-off locations, I visit this location much more often than used before. Would like to bring separate intentions to gentlemen cashier in the store. He is usually only one there. Very helpful, nice, kind, and friendly person

Im giving a 5 stars just because of the kids working in the printing/marketing services. Two young guys working by themselves assisting a long line of costumers that never went down because they kept coming. They never lost their cool, always helpful and respectful. I hope they getting pay fairly. Seriously.

Great customer service!!! I was helped by Archinard who was absolutely amazing and highly professional. I came to purchase a computer chair and I have to tell that the selection was large. However Archinard recommend the best option for my situation. He was patient and gave me all the time that I’ve needed. He also carried my item to the parking lot after the purchase. The store stuff is very friendly and attentive. The lady at the register introduced her self as Lee was amazing and helpful as well. She packed my receipt in the envelope and also explained why is it is very important to get 3 years warranty for the item. Thank you guys for being so great!!!! 5 stars ⭐

I go to Staples to ship UPS also to buy packing materials, like boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc.

My review is mainly on the great customer service I received from an employee by name “Shannon”. I came here to make use of the computer about a month ago, and Shannon though was quite busy with other work, She was very helpful and polite at it with a positive attitude.
Honestly, I haven’t received such pleasant customer service at ANY staples!!
Keep up the good attitude Shannon!! 👍🏾

It never fails. The customer service at this location is top notch. All of the employees are eager to help. They even come up and ask if I need help. Fantastic customer service!

I came here and saw a line of about 8 - 9 people and at first thought to leave, but suddenly I saw a young guy with a badge Michael come up and began to quickly and easily service everyone, answering questions from all sides, as if between cases. The queue came up to me and he not only carried out my order, but when he saw that I was paying with a business debit card, kindly offered to order business cards in the store. He immediately showed possible design options and I agreed. It was just a show. I'm pleasantly surprised. I hope this guy came for a long time.

Jeree is very professional. Today I went to there for UPS delivery, regardless of crowded costumers she handle with every one with same courteous, dignity and maximum speed! I am very sure she would show more yield if she work in bigger position.

Excellent customer service from the woman working in the ink/toner department, (sorry I didn’t get her name but she was working nov 18 around 5 to 6pm)the ink I needed was out of stock she went out of her way to help me that she asked Hector to show me how to print what I needed . Hector was also very helpful, this was the first time in this Staple store and with employees like this I would highly recommend it.

Natalie, who works in the printing section of staples provided 5 star service to me when i had a problem sending my documents. She set an example which rubs on her co workers. They all provide great customer service and are very knowledgeable.

Copy & Print center! I walked in on a very busy moment and one employee Yara , was helping at least 3 people at the same time and doing it so professional and quick. She took her time with me and explained me how my textbooks will look like and helped me to choose the right paper and etc. I honestly walked in with a thought that i will spend at least 30-40min there but i got out happy in less than 15min on top of that she helped me to use my rewards card and I had a discount too, i'm very happy with her service and she is very professional and patient person. Bravo Yara! 💯 #bestemployee

Excellent service. Most staff are very helpful. They have some staff that are lazy that will stare at you while they are just standing around but most of the staff are courteous and very helpful.
