Pharmacist is dismissive but gets the job done I think it’s because it’s too busy, the staff is very nice even though it feels rushed but I understand with the amount of customers they have.
One reason they get five stars is no matter how busy they are they are always polite say hello, how are you and the techs know me by name makes it feel like a small town pharmacy.

The customer service representative in the front helped me so much, she was courteous and responding fast to the button in the deodorant aisle. Amazing service and even assisted with the self checkout, the service improved.

My experience at CVS was great , a team member Romela was very nice and helpful 🥰 good job guys

Simply one of the best CVS in Brooklyn, no complaints, it's open to late hours which makes it more convenient, and the staff is very friendly 👍 I'm very pleased myself

Good customer service at the front, wish it wasn't so understaffed.

Store has parking lot and minute clinic it's very convenient. Good store, workers are friendly,they always trying to help. If for some reason they out of products cashiers will always offer substitution .Good selection of vitamins and first aid products.Definitely one of the best pharmacy in the area.

Pharmacy is very fast. If they have a script in stock, it only takes 15-30 minutes in most cases to fill it. The staff at pharmacy is great as well and are courteous over the phone. I highly recommend this place for any medication needs

This CVS did a very good job of administering vaccines. They were organized and polite. They did a good job checking on us during the waiting period as well.

Amereen exemplified the most extraordinary customer care I have ever received not only at any CVS, but any store on the planet (and I have traveled a lot). She, I state it with no hesitation, is the apotheosis of a what a customer care profession should strive to be. Her dedication to satisfying the customer, her patience, her generosity with her time and attention, her going out of her way to help the customer make the best possible purchase with maximum savings and helping us find what would suit us best, her offers to call the manager to answer questions that she is not certain about, .... I know, I am making a long comment interminable, but Amereen deserves it. She blew me away with her devotion to her task, with her effort to do the best possible job, with giving it 100% and more -- giving us all her knowledge, self-control (because, yes, alas, I have witnessed many customers there being outrageously rude and just plain nasty -- I know that neighborhood to be pretty darn rough for customer service employees), and besides her professionalism and enviable calm, she gave us, on top of it all, her charm. CVS store on Sheephead Bay is awfully lucky to have this young lady on its team. She truly lights up the place. Bravo! A+++ is the least she deserves.
