Were basements banned in this part of Brooklyn?

Two separate stores, one on Ocean Ave and the other on Ave Z, wastefully combined into one. The store maintains large quantities of each product stocked direct on their shelves as opposed to a basement, thereby necessitating the additional store for this dumb decision.

They do however have a large and helpful selection of helium 🎈 🎈.

I was looking for Mason jars and found them bought 3 and the price was right also bought lemon squeezer I was happy. Its a small place but offers a lot.
