EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WONDERFUL Customer service people! Matthew waited on me today 2/26/24. He is definitely a keeper! I have always found this location to be well managed and focused on providing excellent customer service especially during the holidays and other peak times.

Top notch customer service. The staff is very friendly, nice, and most importantly knowledgeable. For someone from out of state they will make you feel welcome. You're in good hands. Keep up the good work and thank you so much!!!!

They are ALWAYS efficient. All of the workers must be trained well. They know how to handle many situations. They are also always incredibly friendly even when it's busy

Clean store, friendly people, quick service, fast delivery.

They're the most helpful, thoughtful group of people I've ever had assist me unlike the people at Westgate on Executive Pkwy....who are just plain rude. Their computer system is never hooked up and they can not retrieve Amazon code off my phone. They send me to the library.
The Sylvania store has had no problems.

Back in 2017-2018 I always dreaded stopping here because of the service, but as of 2023 their customer service team at this store is top notch. Everyone was attentive and courteous. I will give them my service often!

I first went to FedEX and was treated poorly. I took my shipment to this UPS Store instead and got the help I needed. Staff was very helpful, nice, and went out of their way to help me pack and ship my items. They really made my day.

I really like going to this UPS. I called this morning to see if they had a notary working today. They answered the phone right away. Answered my question and have very good customer service. All the staff is friendly, helpful, and treat you as they would want to be treated. I would recommend this UPS to everyone. The UPS IN Sylvania, Ohio.

Grateful for the excellent and caring staff at this UPS. They packaged my sisters belongings and shipped to me in CA. They not only covered the cost of a damaged chair but even reimbursed the shipping and packing expense. They were gracious and responsive. It meant so much in my time of loss.

Always quick dropoff for packages and returns. Sometimes Amazon gives you a qr code to get the label and not all places can print from that. But this store does.

There isn't a very long wait to give them your package. The guy was smiling and wished me happy holidays. I was in and out very quickly

Kirsten is awesome!!! I went in today again and she was very friendly even though I was not helped by her. Why I mention her name is because I had horrible experiences at the UPS on Central Ave in Toledo. I had pretty much given up on them and was turning to Feed-Ex (which should be known for Feeding extra $ for Extra bad service) even though I was previously a UPS man. Kirsten gave me such polite, efficient, and overall awesome service, I decided to continue my business here at this location. All of the staff has been great and I just want to recommend using UPS over another service due to the prices, services, and effectiveness I have received from UPS. Employees make a difference, and Kirsten and her crew can make a difference in your day if you need their services! Great job everyone at Sylvania UPS!

Highly recommend, I have been in several times and the service has been outstanding. I have dealt with just about everybody in the store and they all have gone out of their way to help 👍 !!!

Give this place a 5+ star because of their great customer service and positive attitude every time I go there. I am a box customer and love it there and the staff that works there. The manager Beverly is awesome and will make sure you get taken care of and goes out of her way to make sure of it. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated like a VIP star! Store 5813 is phenomenal! Beverly, Store Manager, helps us: copy, email, and ship. And, we occasionally use her notary services! Beverly has a "can do" attitude. She provides services efficiently and accurately. We appreciate it!
