Kroger

Though it hasn't been updated in forever, the store is very clean and has a good atmosphere, the customer service was very friendly in assisting me when I had questions. Like all krogers, the worst thing about this location is the self checkouts that never work properly.

Kaylee the cashier is so helpful and has such good manners!! She was so positive and makes me want to come back!! Five stars all the way!!

Drew the cashier is very handsome and a kind young man with a bright future ahead of working small town grocery stores. He is very good at manuvering around pallets to get me a toolbox or flashlight I need. :)

Normally people write things when they are bad, I just wanted to say that the store is a value to the community. I was in there the other day, didn't notice that I was not given the discount price even though I did put in my customer card. I showed them the receipt and the scan tag that showed the sale price with card that I think the cashier was to enter, but I did self checkout and didn't notice until I had left. They took great care of me and were very pleasant in taking care of it. Thank you.

Sylvania Kroger has lots of good stuff you won't find closer in town.

Great job with the click list out if the 3 I have been to. Were only out if 1 item adjusted 2 others to a bigger size at the same cost of the smaller item . Heather was very friendly and did a wonderful job if explaining things to me, what few there were to explain. They were also very fast in getting our order out to the car and loaded.

Everytime I do clicklist, they always make the best substitutions. I have used clicklist since 2018 and have had great service here.

Even on a busy Saturday, it's pretty easy to get in and out, get help if you need it. Solid experience. The Starbucks is convenient & gives you shopper's points which is a nice bonus.

This store is always clean and the staff are so friendly! My family and I shop here weekly and I couldn't imagine doing my grocery shopping anywhere else! They treat you like family here.

I had a handful order from Starbucks( 8 drinks, so two trays ) and Ms Selina( or Celina), was so very kind to offer to help me carry it to my car ! So very helpful ! Thank you very much!! Great experience!💯💯💯

I prefer this Krogers because the store is smaller and easier to get through quickly. They have a nice variety of produce and pretty much everything you would need. They have a great deli department and their bakery is top notch. Staff is always friendly.

Most Pleasantly Surprised At The Fuel Center! I saved a bundle on food and Fuel! There's a lot of savings on Fresh fruits and vegetables too.

The only issue I have with this krogers is how busy it gets. Other then that, this krogers has a great selection of produce, there is always sales going on, the employees are very friendly, and checking out is quite fast

I love Krogers soooooooooo much. Their customer service is fantastic. Produce is fresh meat is good plenty of selection. Starbucks is inside with the coolest baristas ever I SWEAR THEY ARE ROCKSTARS

As always, they have everything that I want at a more than fair price with customer service the goes far above and beyond. I do not know if it's the same at every kroger everywhere but at our kroger store in Sylvania on Monroe street Has always been exceptional.

Having moved to St Petersburg Florida we miss Krogers. Krogers is starting home delivery in st pete so we signed up. Hope this is a sign they will be opening a location in St Pete.
