Had the most impressive experience in the drive thru this morning, I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to give a shout out to this location and their staff. Very very friendly, and food was hot,and received it lightning fast! It's not often that I receive service like this in a drive thru, keep up the good work,and THANK YOU!!!

I go out of my way to attend this location. Service is better than most. Quality is good for McDs. Food is almost always fresh. Prices are only slightly lower than other locations.

I live in Michigan and drove down to Ohio to see the Eclipse. Decided to get food at McDonalds when the eclipse started. Wonderful experience and wonderful service 5/5 stars

Always friendly staff, I've never had an issue with my order or had to wait any excessive time to receive it.

Breakfast sandwich was very good and it was warm. Usually I order items with or without the original items- but this time did it traditional and it was great!

This McDonald's has it together. Their drive through staff is always friendly and helpful and does it with a smile. It's a pleasure to patronize this establishment.

These people are so kind— I received a medium fry when I ordered a large, and they gave me a whole new large fry! The lady was very kind about it too. Most mcdonalds locations have rude employees, but they're very kind here.

Staff was friendly. I still don't care for the Kiosks (ordering), but it is what we've come to (and that is for McD's corporate, nothing to do with this store). Fries were hot, DCBs were good, and they brought our order to our table (nice touch).

My food was hot, fresh and the order was all correct! They were really busy and the GM was exceptional! He treated his crew really well and was helping them with whatever they needed...this is the best location I've ever been to!!

Great customer service. The lady behind the counter was friendly and very helpful in helping me navigate the McDonald's app. The service was fast, and my food was hot. It's always nice to get fresh fries. The store was very clean as well. I'll be sure to come back to this location when I'm back in town

Drive-through crew is amazing!

I get the 2/$2 here in the mornings sometimes. I usually stop at Tim Horton's next door for donuts for my kids first on my way home from work. Drive thru line is usually pretty fast. No complaints really, people that work here are friendly. I wish they'd prompt you with the app rewards number like my local one does because I don't remember all the time to give it out.

This is not my usual McDonalds. I was taking my moms cat to the groomers across town, and stopped in for some Cokes. Service was speedy during the breakfast rush, and both lines were moving. The staff was friendly, smiling and courteous. I would most definitely visit this location again!

Outside is well kept. Parking is plentiful. Can you believe the dining room is actually open...WOW....when entering i noticed that this and other mcdonalds locations have been remodeled to where. Its like they are trying to prevent customers from seeing into the back now.. Ok thats cool and all but it causes you to stand at the register and wait for several minutes now until someone has to come out for something or just happen to look. The kiosk might be more convienent for them but its killing there customer service.

As expected, but had to wait 15 minutes for them to hand me a drink cup because no one was at the register and there weren't any by the kiosk.

I was surprised at the wonderful service! I got exactly what I ordered and a great chef made my food because it was very well cooked!! The handsome man named Isaac handed me my food with a smile and it made my day! God bless McDonald’s! I gave some to my baby brother so he can learn to love McDonald’s! What a great restaurant:)

Best McDs in town. They replaced my burger when I ordered the wrong thing with no questions asked. Great staff!

I received prompt service by knowledgeable and accommodating employees that worked together like a finely trained team! I received my order with my hot foods hot and my cold foods served cold. The decor was freshly updated and we'll maintained. Cleanliness is a priority at this McDonalds, including inside, outside, and restrooms. One 🌟 short of five-star, because I did not notice a play area for children.

Wow, my sister and I met for lunch and coffee. One of the girls came around twice and filled our coffee up. Another girl came by and took our tray and garbage while we sat for two hours and visited. Clean, bright, and great employees. Service at your table...at McDonald's, not what we expected. It was a great visit, thanks awesome employees who treat customers like people who might be leaving a tip.... but wait, they don't get tips...they deserved a tip but gave great service without a thought of being tipped.
