Good size Pilot! Clean & stocked store, friendly personnel! Clean bathrooms. Showers clean, hot, & nice water pressure, but Kinda small if you’re a big guy or gal. Kinda had a problem hunting down whoever was on showers to get towels but otherwise all good. Soups are out. Lots of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Hot buffet foods & pizza, Meatloaf, wings, mashed, green beans, cold & hot sandwiches, fruits, salads ect. Souvenirs. Clothing. Toys. Toiletries. Truck supplies & so on. McDonald’s inside. Laundry. Cement lot.

Lot of parking here it was nice

Facility appeared clean and well maintained, neat and orderly. Store was well stocked. Lots of parking. Easy to no maneuver around.

Pretty cool pilot. Big lot with plenty of parking, got showers AND laundry which is nice, got self check out and a mcdonalds. Across the street from another truck stop that has burger king. Wasn't busy at all when I was here but I did come on a Saturday

ITS PEACEFUL AS WELL IN THAT AREA AND STAFF IS ALWAYS ACCOMMODATING NEVER EVER NIT PICK IF I TAKE TO MANY CONDOMINTS OR CUPS OR BOATS I PUT PAY CHECKS IN PILOT GIVE US RESPECT A MGR ACTUALLY ASKED ME ONCE in Columbus if I pd for my coffee and another location asked if I was going to save topping for the other drivers NEWS FLASH OTHER LOCATIONS THIS LOCATION WILL TEACH YOU DRIVERS STEAL TRAYS OF CREAMS TRAYS UNBELIEVABLE AND YOU ARE GRIPPING TO ME OF ,10CENT TOPING WELL I PAY THAT IN TEN FOLDS EVERY WEEK WITH MINE IN MY HUSBAND CHECKS WE LIVE IN OUR TRUCK WE EAT SLEEP IN OUR TRUCK SO WE LIVE AND SHOP PILOT IF YOU WANT TO NIT PIK GET THE DRIVERS WHO TAKE YOUR CREAMERS I ACTUALLY HELP AND INSTRUCTED THEM THAT WALMART IS DOWN THE STREET. IN ONE MONTH IN A PILOT I ADDED WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID INTO YOUR STORES AND MY GRAND TOTAL WAS ONE MONTH $998 NOW I THINK WE ARE VALUED BUT ONLY A FEW STORES THINKS THIS IS TRUE IN BUSINESS AND ACCOUNTING COLLEGE WE CALLED IT MICRO AND MACRO ECONOMICS WELL FOLKS MY HUSBAND AND HIS CO IS THE MACRO PILOT EMPLOYEE ARE WHO? ITS HOW BUSINESS IS RAN TO RUN SMOOTH TO MAKE HAPPY WHEN I WAS FIRST INTERACTED WITH PILOT PPL TREATED ME AWFUL THEY DIDN'T KNOW ME OR MY SITUATION EVERYONE HAS A STORY KNOW IS THE SAME DONT JUDGE UNTIL YOU HAVE WALKED 10 MILES IN THIER SHOES IF YOU CANT FEEL THIER PAIN THEN KEEP WALKIN. WE PAY OUR OWN WAY AND HAD A REASON FOR NO HOME ITS BEING HANDLED NOW BUT JUDGMENT WAS DONE AND RUMORS WERE SPREAD AND WE WE HAD LABLES. NO AGAIN WE HAD ILLEGAL ISSUES AND CROOKED ISSUES THAT CANNOT BE MENTIONED BUT A KIND COUNCILMAN GOT INVOLVED AND A HOUSING AUTHORITY AND HOUSING PLACED AND ALL OUR OTHER ISSUES WILL BE HANDLED INCLUDING MY MEDICAL. Nice place to stop for a break from the road. They have just about every convenience store food item that you could want. The staff was friendly and fast. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. It was also nice to have a mcdonalds attached to the place for other food options

They treat their customers really well, I have no problem spending money here

Great stop! Clean store & bathrooms! Look to be about 200-250 parking spots. Cement lot. This place really turned itself around since the last time I drove thru!

Big shout out to the staff here making sure truckers had food to eat. The McDonald's was closed because of power loss but the attendants working food at the Pilot desk were hard at work making sure hot food was stocked. Thanks!

Hey I wanted to say thank you to David (your shower attendant). Great job making a Customer feel like you care. I didn't take a shower today but I'll tell you a based on the way he carries himself I'm going to assume the showers are impeccable at this location. Can't wait to come back and do business again. Great Job guys!!

Clean store, always open showers and laundry services

Every month my family and I travel to Michigan from Ohio and this is always our first and last stop in Michigan. In all of the times that we have visited, never have I ever seen it anything but clean and well kept. Employees are always polite and helpful. I look forward to stopping here every month.

Five stars for simply having such large parking area for us trucks!!!! Love it. Pulled in at 2am and 90% of the lot was empty. Of course there was much less spots before I left at 4am, but I got a close up spot, close to the WiFi, that was decent. Bathrooms were clean enough at the time, and shower was small but clean. Employees were friendly, and McD's was good.

Very good place for quick stop shop. You will find what you need in it from shampoos to t-shirts, to shaving needs, and even if u need to take a shower, they have rooms for this purpose. It's a very good place for long drive rest.

I never give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. First place definitely gets 5 Stars. The bathrooms are clean, the customer service was awesome, the coffee was great.

5 Stars all the way. I have never been so glad to go over the Michigan border. If this had been a station with one gas pump and not restroom it would still get 5 stars, however that isn't the case. Clean establishment, friendly staff; can't really ask for much more in a gas station.
