I'm never disappointed when I go to this Biggby coffee. The staff is always friendly, the coffee tastes like heaven, and although I didn't buy one today, their rice Krispy treats are out of this world.

So let me tell you about customer service! Stacy and Michelle are top notch! I drive 20 mins out of my way to go see them at this location. They are kind, knowledgeable, and just all around amazing! ! I have never had a bad experience with these two lovely ladies, they make Biggby!!

I LOVE this location. The people are so friendly and willing to go above and beyond for a simple smile. ^_^
I recommend trying their brew! Avalanche sweet foam is the best!! Emily is amazing!! She's always smiling and so happy! ☺

Went through the drive through and had fantastic customer service, it was really quick, and the staff was efficient and friendly. This is by far the best location around Toledo.

i’ve only ever been through the drivethru of this location, but the ladies i have interacted with have always been lovely! i always enjoy chatting with them while i wait on my food, which is also always delicious!

Literally the NICEST humans I've ever met. Every single employee there has always greeted me with a smile and genuine conversation. They take pride in their work and the drinks and food are DELICIOUS. Try German mocha 🥰

First time at this particular one. It's a super nice looking one with lots of indoor seating & I erhead coverage for picking up order at drive up window.

All the girls that work here are so extremely kind. But one in particular girl who stands out with her bubbly personality is Clair (I hope I’m spelling that correctly.) She has the best customer service, makes the best Red Bull creme freeze for me every-time I’ve come here.

I would highly recommend coming into this fine establishment and hope you keep hiring great workers like her!

Had a honey lavender latte, because it sounded so unique. It was fantastic! Just the right amount of lavender flavor and anything sweetened with honey is a win in my book. I had my eye on a bag of Michigan Cherry coffee..... So interesting! Perhaps next time I'm in the area I'll snag a bag. Quick and friendly service and an inviting atmosphere.

Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life, everyone else in my family enjoyed it as well, the staff was very friendly, coffee was ready almost instantly, and they must’ve had over 500 different flavors of lattes! Would highly recommend!

The girl working tonight was extremely nice, and made me amazing drinks! She was alone but still managed to take care of everything in a timely manner! Management should give her a raise!

Let me start by telling you - I am not really a fan of coffee so I don't know what I am doing when I try to order a drink at one of these fancy coffee shops. I received a birthday coupon in the mail from Biggby so I figured I would try something new! I didn't know there were so many choices when ordering hot chocolate. The barista guy was very helpful and patient with me since I was clueless about what to order and how to order it. I would definitely go back. The frozen mint hot chocolate is delicious!

Very friendly, accommodating atmosphere. The server's have fun personalities and the coffee is delicious. Great place for quite study, creative gatherings, and quality time with family!
