Dollar General

I'm there almost every day because I work next door. The employees are always nice and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. When trucks come in they are put away quickly so there isn't boxes everywhere, like a lot of other locations. Great Dollar General to go to.

The store in great, wish I could’ve given it a 5-star, but the parking lot looked like it was never plowed. I was there 4-days after the snow storm, and it was unsafe and you were unable to push the cart to your vehicle!

Google maps clearly says this store opens at 8am....any other dollar general stores I visit opens at 8am....however I show up at 815am and the doors are locked. The inconsistency of the store hours can be irritating when you'd like to pick up a few things then continue your day. I stayed and waited for 15 mins and still the doors are locked.The customer care here is non existing. I guess paying the extra 25 cents at dollar tree is worth it since dollar tree is right around the corner and will be open at 8am as advertised.

Has to be the worst managed store, they are NEVER open on time..
12/30 update: was just there at 11:15AM, NOT open Again, that's twice in the past week... it's noon and I called and no one is answering phone,,,hmmmm still not open..
1/4... another day not open at 11am, so much for being PROUD DG.

I loved this store when it opened. The manager and staff were excellent. It is soo convenient because I live in the neighborhood and it keeps me from having to drive to kroger but now it's a toss up as to when or whether the store will be open. They might as well close it. It seems like every other time I go they are closed. This is very frustrating.

Show up at 3:53pm on a weekday to pick up one thing and they are locking the doors saying they close at 4. Other reviews confirm inconsistent hours are a problem at this location.

I would like to know who i speak to above the store! Tell me why i go there at 9:05 and they tell me they close at 9pm. It is clearly 10 p.m. or always has been. This has been about the 5th time they are just closed with workers in the store.

Worst Dollar General ive ever been in and I'm a traveling man. The spanish manager is completely unprofessional . No person who treats customers that ways deserves the job . The store would make more money closed than to have that person running it.

The darker skinned manager i think spanish mexican is one of the worst humans ive ever met. In my entire life . What a loser. Holy cow. Literally threatened to call the cops . I called corporate told them to review the footage on the security cam . Filed a complaint now i have a complaint case number on the manager .

At least 6 times this month I’ve showed up at 930pm, but it clearly states they are open until 10pm, and the doors are locked and the employees scurry away from the doors as I’m walking up. Terrible service

Because they lock and unlock the doors whenever they want. How can the employees choose when the store gets to be open or close? It makes no sense.

7:35pm on a Wednesday and they are not open? Never seen such an inconsistent and terrible store in my life.
