Advance Auto Parts

I've been having issues with my car recently so I've stopped into several Advance Auto Parts locations in the Richmond area seeking help. I was able to get what I needed each visit, always with assistance from a kind, caring, and knowledgeable associate. Each visit I asked the associate helping me about the extended wiper warranty I purchased when I last replaced my wipers in October of 2021. I've been told I needed my receipt to show proof of purchase or I need to visit the specific location where I initially made the wiper purchase. Today's visit however, was not what I was expecting! There were 3 associates in the store when I arrived and before the door closed behind me, Brandon had already asked me what I needed help with today. I told him the same thing I'd already explained to at least 4 associates at other locations and I let him know I didn't have my receipt. He said "that's not a problem, do you remember where you bought them" and my jaw dropped! He called the store where I thought I bought them, gave them my phone number, and was able to pull up my receipt on the computer with an alphanumeric sequence the associate on the phone gave him! I left the store today not only with replacement wipers, but also with a (much needed) restored sense of humanity, all thanks to Brandon ❤ This is not the closest Advance location to my home, but what I loose in gas driving out here is more than replenished when I receive the kind of care only Brandon can provide. Thank you Brandon ❤

I will only go to this advanced auto zone. After traveling around to multiple auto zones to receive help with replacing my car battery, I finally called this one and spoke to the nicest man. When I arrived, the same man helped me right away and he was very professional. He recommended and replaced my battery in no time. Very friendly people always willing to help.

Store was very clean and staff was helpful. The discount on the shelf was not applied on the register but the manager fixed it.
