This Best Buy has the friendliest and most helpful employees of any location I've been to. We now buy all of our electronics here because of it. The cell phone and geek squad teams really know their stuff. Any issues we've had were immediately resolved.

I shop Best Buy every Black Friday. The deals are definitely worth it. I'm in no market for a TV but I think they offer the best variety and lowest prices. I saved $100 on a Shark vacuum and bought video games for as little as $15. To my surprise, there was no line for checkout. They make it easy to get in, get what you need, get assistance, and checking out. I also love the service warranties for products.

My mother had issues with her iPhone and Jay at the Geek Squad was awesome at handling them. He also ended up helping me with a problem on my phone as well. He was very kind and helpful; We will be going there for all of our electronic needs and help.

Thank you to Best Buy and Geek Squad for their outstanding work. I've been going there for years, and will continue doing so. I got a television and there were some issues, but Chris and his team made things right. The guys from the Geek Squad who came to my house very awesome and professional, and did great work. Always great! I came in a few months ago to get a computer and left very happy with my purchase! Came back this past week because I cracked the screen on said computer and they were so nice and super easy to get in with! Very thankful I chose to buy here!

It's Best Buy. My service today was great. Employees were there to answer my questions. In further visits, I have been ordering a lot through pickup. They make it quick and easy, unless there is some angry customer holding up the line. In the three times I have witnessed this, the customer has been entitled and wrong.

Bought an open box dishwasher that was missing some parts. I was pretty disgruntled especially having an electrician and plumber already at my house when it was discovered. They refunded me a sizable amount and took the pieces off of an existing floor model so that the installation process could continue that day. Can't say the open box purchase was a super success but the staff here are excellent

I went here to help my senior citizen neighbor who hates tech but had a dead television. This isn't really a Best Buy review. It is praise for Ed in the Best Buy television department who was absolutely terrific in assisting my flummoxed neighbor. He was more "Guardian Angel" than a salesperson- with a lot of patience, never condescending, explaining and showing her what would be best for her based on what SHE wanted. Ed checked all possible discounts and tried them out. He even got the item from the shelf, took it out, and put it in the parked car. Best Buy is still a big box, online, corporation but with folks like Ed they make life a bit better for us all.

It's a big box store but a good one. I needed some rca cables, some banana plugs, and a cat5e cable. The price is a bit higher than the internet but there is no shipping cost. Just order online and pick up at the store. Fast and dandy.

Great Customer Service. Ordered JLab Ear Buds online and picked them up at the store. I like these because they are versatile. I can use them with my phone or Mac Book and I like the convenience of not having to carry my big Sony Earphone with me to the library.

Great experience all around! Chris in cameras was "Johnny on the spot". I asked about a few specific items and he didn't point he went to retrieve them and assured me I could return if not satisfied. Upon checking out the cashiers Heaven and Lygia were super accommodating when I decided to place my order online for store pickup and allowed me to chose the items I had at the register. Great job Best Buy! Restored my faith in customer service!

So, far the best best buy in the Richmond area. We visited 2 other before coming to this one (we where looking for a laptop) in this location is were we got the best consumer experience and helpful staff... we bought our new laptop in this best buy.

Fantastic experience, as it usually is with Best Buy. They were noticeably short staffed but after browsing alone for a little while, it was easy to find an associate who was enthusiastic and ultimately very helpful. It's clear that most of the employees actually care about the products and services being sold, at least to some extent. This level of service and convenience is becoming increasingly rare to find in retail environments.

Employees were great and on time. Especially when store was really busy. Sales associate Javier was amazing!!! He was taken care of multiple customers and still giving everyone the attention they needed. On the way find my cable he had customer go out of their way to find him and thank him. I was very impressed. Check out was also quick.

Picked up some projector related stuff. Two sharp associates helped me out and made it stress free.
