We needed a very comfortable sofa and loveseat because of my back issues. We went to several places, but nothing worked for us, until we went to Value City Furniture on Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Our salesperson, Aaron was so great to work with. He was very professional, yet personable and friendly. He never pressured us and was very helpful! The delivery men who came today did an excellent job. They set everything up quickly and efficiently. They were very sweet to our dog, Luna, as well. We would recommend Value City Furniture to anyone who wants quality at a great price and great service. Ask for Aaron if he's available, you won't be sorry!

I had the pleasure of getting my item delivered by Trevor and his team! They called when they were close which made it super easy to be ready for them! They did an amazing job with bringing the item inside the home while being careful and diligent! They put my item together and were done in less than 10 minutes! Loved the sectional in the store and love it even more in my home! The salesperson and the finance person, down to the delivery men, was a pleasant and seamless experience. I could go on but I’m busy relaxing on my new furniture.

Cooper and his team assisted me in removing the previous table and replacing with new one. The timing in which they remove and set up the new table was astonishing. They showed up on time as well and I was able to head back to work. This is an amazing team

I worked with Alyssa. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got everything we needed. She was patient and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Cooper and Corey were extremely polite, professional, and hardworking. They delivered our furniture today. They were very punctual with when they said they would be here. The room where the furniture was being placed was upstairs, around a tight corner. they did an amazing job, meticulously careful, and made it look very effortless in getting the furniture to it's final location.
