Staff was really nice, they helped me find what I needed and even went to check the stuff they were processing to see if they had what I needed, it just so happened that they did so they labeled it and had it ready for me to buy, also they had some pretty funny stuff like a Comic Sans keyboard and a y2k survival guide😂.

Great staff and good prices, quite a treasure hunt to be had again soon.

I always enjoy my shopping trips at this goodwill. There are really nice people that work here. They always greet my kids :) Best Goodwill in Richmond/Central Va.

Great store, they have a huge selection of household items in the back of the store. A lot of goodwills don't have such a large selection of those items. This store is also really good about putting out a lot of product. They have TONS of shoes to look through which is really nice. They always bring a ton of racks out of the back for people to shop. The staff has always been super friendly as well.

I left my debit card at the store in the card reader after making a purchase. I called the store the next day, they informed me that they secured the card and all i have to do is show a photo ID upon returning to the store to retrieve my card. I was amazed of the customer service that I received from the staff that answered to the cashier that noticed me from the previous night and gave me my card. Very very good staff.....

Love this newish store!! Friendly staff always makes me feel welcome, esp, since they got rid of male manager with the cowboy boots that followed woman around store instead of actually helping cashiers with long lines..REALLY hope they bring back DOLLAR DAY as it really helped be able to shop the overstocked clothes racks and kept fresh stock

My favorite Goodwill in the area. Large clothing/knick-knack selection and friendly employees. Someone has a lot of fun organizing the display racks at the front of the store.

It's naturally a five star in my mind because of how the service works. I have found nice items here, and I also donate and recommend more do so.

Well organized and clean environment. ONLY two complaints: 1. Background Music is Too Loud. 2. Air Fresheners overwhelming the store.

This Goodwill is one of the most organized thrift stores I've experienced. Pleasant and efficient staff, color-coded merchandise make shopping enjoyable.

I love walking around Goodwill you never know what you're going to find. People just need to stop mistaking them for a charitable organization they are not. They are a thrift store and a very nicely Run 1

Onkyo direct drive, fully automatic turntable in perfect working condition! Paid 12.25 for it. Good luck finding this on eBay or Amazon.

The store is clean and well-organized, the items are in constant rotation. This is a large store with a LOT to offer. The employees are unfailingly helpful.
