Casey in finance was also incredibly helpful—made me aware of my options without putting pressure on me to make a particular decision. I highly recommend this dealership. They’ve got a great vibe—above board, not shady at all. So happy with my new car!

Super attentive from the second you pull up and all the way through the process. Responsive and sincere. I was given the impression that the staff is genuinely concerned about all my needs including budget. Carmen was amazing, we discussed spreading out services to minimize large cost at one time. I left other area dealership and so glad I did.

Now that it’s Ourisman, they do a great job with service. Dealerships tend to see $ when you come to them for service. While they don’t shy away from letting you know there’s issues with your vehicle, there doesn’t seem to be an endless list of things always adding up to over $1000.
A tip: if you want to spend less, have your service scheduled for later in the day.
Another tip: get Carmen.

I opted to wait for the estimated 2.5 hr for my car’s annual checkup at my last visit. Shortly after I artivedvwas instructed where to take my car to place it in line for service.

I then entered the building where there is a waiting room, restrooms, water fountains, free coffee & vending machines on the guest level plus signs regarding a quiet upper lever waiting room with its own area of restrooms, free coffee, vending machines with snacks, & water fountains.

I chose the quiet upper level to read the book I had brought with me. It offered a free computer area, restrooms, water fountains & trash cans. From the windows I could look out at the trees or other tall plants along the fence that bordered the lot & the neighborhood beyond the fence.

All of the staff were friendly & helpful. I was text messaged when my car was ready, walked down to the lower level to pay my bill & was headed home short After that.

I appreciated having an inviting place to wait for my service & the efficiency of the whole operation.

Scott Moss and the sales team at Ourisman Toyota are outstanding. My spouse and I had been trying to get her into a specific make/model of Toyota vehicle for months with no luck (very popular model). Go figure, Ourisman had exactly one of the make/model we wanted!

Not only did Scott treat my spouse with respect as she handled the transaction while I was out of the area, but he actually came to pick her up (from over an hour away) in the exact vehicle we'd be buying, and gave her a 411 on every possible feature it had while on the way to the dealership. This was a whole other level of professionalism and we are both grateful for his approach to the entire process!

Chad is an amazing associate and has been since I first met him a couple of decades ago and one of the biggest reasons why I still service my car at Toyota! He is friendly, kind, reliable and experienced. He is an asset to Toyota!! I’ve also been Keith McPhee’s fan but sadly for me he retired last year but I got to meet Mike who was very patient and generous with his time to spend a few minutes to look at my car with me when I was there yesterday 😊 thank you both so much!

I recently purchased a Vehicle from this location and my good friend Biju K. helped me out with the whole process. Biju was phenomenal not only he helped me out with the process but he kept me up to date with all the information on my brand new Toyota Sienna. His friendly and kind personality made me and my bothers whole car shopping experience even more better. I 10/10 recommend this location. My family have purchased all their vehicles from this location and this dealership has never let us down before and I believe it never will :)

When I called to schedule my maintenance, the scheduler was friendly and was able to get me an appointment rather quickly. When I arrived I was greeted and instructed where to go to check in. While I was prepared to pay for the services, I was informed it was covered by the warranty. Staff were very friendly and the work was completed within a reasonable time.

We had our Toyota Venza serviced and state inspection completed and service personnel were courteous, respectful, and efficient. This was true with all those behind the counter setting up the order to personnel in the shop. They left our car at entrance as we requested when the work was completed. It was all a nice experience.

Carmen in Services & Parts is simply the best! She’s truly the reason I come to this particular dealership for all my service needs. I’m newer RVA and she has been so warm and helpful since day 1 and somehow manages to make the stressful maintenance/repair process better. She offers recommendations and clearly explains things so that customers feel they can trust her guidance. Just an overall great experience at this dealership!

Chris C. was so incredibly helpful getting me into a great used vehicle yesterday! The process was super painless, rather fast, and he was so knowledgeable and upfront about the entire process. I felt very comfortable through every step of the process, from trading in my Hyundai to walking away with a used vehicle! I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent timely service. Chad customer service guy was terrific. Explained everything including what seems to be good price for package of upcoming service intervals. Text messaging kept me updated. They said hour and a half for my car and it was exactly that. Waiting area could use an upgrade but served its purpose.

This may be the best experience we’ve had at a car dealer! The service person was great; friendly and nice. She actually came to get us when our car was finished rather than just texting us. Then, she escorted us to the cashier! First rate service! Finally, she got us in and out in record time!

We were greeted and welcomed as family should be, our salesman was excited to see us as we arrived on time for our 4:00 appointment to look at a car that he had arranged for our viewing. Immediately I knew that this was not the exact car that I wanted but it happened to be the closest to my request and he knew that it would give us a chance to see just how well it handled on the road even though it didn’t have the upgrades that we were looking for. When we got back from our road evaluation our salesman immediately started looking for the exact car that we were interested in buying. The availability of this Grand Highlander Limited is “limited”. I wonder why??? Because it’s a fantastic car!!! We signed for one unseen since they had to find one that was to our liking and sure enough through great pursuit, they found one, it didn’t have the sunroof that I adamantly had to have since I’d not driven a car since 1989 that didn’t have a sunroof!! I loved the car and found out that other than the light that the sunroof provided I really didn’t use it that much anyway.

Amazing car buying experience. Terrance Lewis was a phenomenal salesman and really accommodated me. Their financial advisor was also very nice and willing to help. They really did everything perfectly and made the process very un intimidating. They also have incredible prices!
