Today I received help as soon as I needed it finding new gymwear. The wait times here are 0, and Vinnie's a superb manager: friendly charisma.

They have awesome employees ,Nick helped me with everything I needed.

I had a great experience at Leesburg Dick’s Sporting Goods. I had some questions about some equipment and Peris was so understanding and professional. He answered my questions and I felt better about my purchase.

Great customer service at this location. I work in retail as well and understand companies are short staffed on a regular trying to save money on payroll, but this store does a great job taking care of customers the best they can. Even when swapped with customers. I purchased a ton of fishing gear and somehow managed to loose one of my items. Not sure if it never got bagged, or I just lost it on my trip. I went and spoke with Ernie, the manager, and no questions asked, he took care of me on the spot. I even admitted I may be at fault, but he still replaced the item for me. I really appreciated that, as that's exactly what I'd do for my customers. And it's a rare thing nowadays. I loved this store before, but now even more because of guys like Ernie. It's a smaller location than sterling, with not as big a fishing selection, but the customer service here is top notch, and is my preferred location Guys like Ernie really care about the customers. Thanks again!

A quick stop into this store for some t-ball gear was mostly quick and easy. We were able to quickly find what we needed for our child's t-ball league.

Staff was friendly and assisted as best they could for children's cleats (even though they couldn't get something small enough for our child). Friendly staff in a fairly well organized and clean store.

Great finds! Bonus was the 20% off that was offered by the cashier for little league weekend.

Clean and organized I needed an air mattress for a stay with relatives. They also had a big display of buy one get one cozy socks the made excellent stocking stuffers.

Great location! Large parking lot. The store's location makes it convenient to run in to grab a few things & be done quickly - much better than having to run to the mall locations.

Great Store. Helpful staff. Ernie makes you fell like the #1 customer and Wayne is a goldmine for golf help.

Dick's Sporting Goods is the place to go for anything sport. The store is clean, employees are friendly and they sell quality products. I highly recommend Dick's Sporting Goods.

The store is always clean and tidy, you don't see many workers around ... You have to kind of "go find someone to help" but they are very very helpful!

I got in before they officially opened for the day and kinda scared a person at the register....she took it all in stride and was gracious.

Just a very friendly and helpful staff. I think the shoe selection is lacking on the latest shoes but overall we like going here.

What can I say, its Dick's Sporting Goods. Probably the best place to get sports equipment and apparel in the area. Selection is always good.
