Joel at Lucky Brand was super nice and friendly to me. He helped me with a Paris of jeans and he was super knowledgeable about what was best fitted for me and helped me find the right pair of jeans for me. Joel is extremely helpful and I hope to go back to Lucky Brand and buy something again!

First time shopping here and I finally found jeans that fit me just right! I was able to get two jeans for $60 which is amazing for the brand! I also had a wonderful associate that spent over 30 minutes with me handing me lots of different jeans to try on. I highly recommend.

I really had a great experience. Excellent customer service compared with so many of the nearby outlet stores I shopped in today. It helps that they have great clothes and it's the only way I can afford them.
