Service above and beyond expectation. I am completely clueless but needed a cell phone that I could sync with my new car. Cameron was the epitome of knowledge, patience and courtesy. He listened to what I needed, did not attempt to oversell. He patiently and courteously explained to me how the cell phone worked, answered any questions I might have, and never made me feel rushed.

I was switching from Verizon and had already left the Belleville location due to the sheer laziness and just bad vibes I picked up upon walking in their store. Thankfully, Cameron was able to be my knight in shining blue armor
Got me set up with all new phones for myself and my family and switched all of our data from our old phones to the new phones and got us set up with a plan WE are comfortable with and we got a FANTASTIC deal on all of our cases screen protectors and charging boxes. Thank you SO much Cameron. AT&T Really has a GEM in you as their employee!

Camron & Dominique was extremely helpful today! I have not always been the biggest fan of my AT&T services but then I met, sales representative, Camron who went the extra mile in helping me start two new lines with AT&T! Thank you so much!

The girl who helped me yesterday was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me figure what was wrong with my phone and go over all of my options. I accidentally kept her 30 mins after closing time but she continued to help me with enthusiasm and empathy the entire time. Thanks to her, I don't have to get a new phone and I found out about these amazing deals I wasn't even aware of. I really wish I could remember her name but plz give this girl a raise because she more than deserves it!!!

I had the esteemed pleasure of being waited on by this young man who works here by the name of Cameron. He went the extra mile to find solutions for all my wireless needs, even the issues I didn’t even know existed. My father has wanted a smart watch for some time now and I’ve always elected against it. I always elected against it until Cameron educated me on the various uses for the watch and demonstrated how it would be both helpful and fun to have. He showed me how to use the Walkie-Talkie Feature as well as the “ping your phone” feature. He educated me on the the Apple ID backtrack where it allows to you backtrack to your last known apple location no matter what. He even showed me how to pair the watch to my phone for my self and my father and put in the medical ID information so in the event of a fall when I’m not around the watch will ask my father if he’s ok and if he doesn’t respond by default it’ll send EMS.
Thank you SO MUCH Cameron. You took the time to educate me and entertain as well. If you need a new AT&T store come to this one. You need a phone guy go see Cameron. HE’S THE BEST!

Cameron was such an excellent and professional employee. He was superior at his job setting me up with my new phone and internet.

Just had the worst experience ever with Cameron. I just bought a new galaxy 6 watch and went in the store to see why my JBL buds weren't working and he quickly explained "that's not my job". I have 12 devices with AT&T on my plan and I was going to switch my internet Xfinity and all cable channels bout 300.00 per month additional. He may have caused me to move all of my business to Verizon. Not a good experience at all! Prior trips to the store were positive and I left reviews for those associates. This experience however, is detrimental to the entire AT&T organization.

I'm not the most tech savvy person and I walked into the store today in hopes of having my 6 year old j7 repaired but Chris was honest and helpful informing me of things I had no clue about in regards to technology and before you know it she sent me home with a new phone and lots of protection for my new phone. Thank you Chris for your patience and your insight. She made the transaction a very enjoyable experience.

I came to this store for one reason and one reason only. MY PHONE PERSON!!! I’ve been dealing with him since he started at the garden city location and when i found out he switched stores, well, SO DID I!!! COME SEE CAMERON YOUR FUTURE PHONE GUY (TRUST ME ;])

My representative was Chris. She was an absolute pleasure beyond professional, kind, caring and genuine and helped figure everything out for me within the timeframe I needed also threw in a freebie that I had no clue about. That’s what you call customer service. Thank you so much you rock and keep up the good work.

Elizabeth was awesome! I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. Sure beats xfinity hands down. When Archie A came out to do my installation he was early and professional friendly made sure I could work everything before he left. I give him 10 stars!!!!

I had the most positive experience since dealing with AT&T, which has been many years of interactions. Liz at the store located at 47188 Michigan Avenue Canton, Mi. Is an exceptional example of what defines Outstanding Customer Service. She provided solutions to issues concerning transfer of emails that your other store in Canton could not provide. I was directed to visit the Xfinity Store. They were clueless; after approximately 16 minutes, they referred me to an Apple Store, the closest location was 20 miles away. Liz was so efficient during an earlier visit concerning AT&T issues, we stopped back into the office. Within 5 minutes she resolved a Comcast/Xfinity problem. She is a real treasure.

Best store ever!!!!! My daughter went to a different at&t store a few days ago and they gave her a major run around. After stopping at this store we were completely amazed. They updated our phones and made the process so easy. They were able to do everything the other store said they could not do. Make sure you ask for Liz or Dominique. Thay are wonderful and take the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Phenomenal service at this ATT store in Canton on Michigan Ave. Liz went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that other stores were not able to resolve. Exceptional service over the phone, inside the store, and curbside. Liz really saved the day. Thanks again. I highly recommend this store.
