Great service, and I had fun talking to the employee after buying my cards. A lot of gamestops have really good deals on booster packs, like the 2 singles I got for 3.95 apiece (Pokémon) without membership. They always seem to have pre-order stock available for newer games as well, even after the release date, which is nice. This location is a good one. 👍

The store clerk Neveah was fabulous she makes sure all customers are satisfied and keeps you updated on all pre orders and new games as well as updating new equipment as needed. Excellent customer service satisfaction 10/10

Had a great experience here! Brought my daughter in for her to show me what she wanted for her birthday but on the side asked if they could secretly put everything behind the counter she picked and hold it till the next day so I could surprise her with what she wanted. Both of the guys were super helpful but one guy was super nice and put everything on hold for me (sorry I forgot your name this review came way later.) * Just know you made my daughter's birthday a success😁.

Fantastic customer service. We had a problem with our transaction and the manager (Niveah) went above and beyond to try and get it resolved.

Only complaint is that you have to be a "pro" member to make certain purchases ($15/yr due) but I get it, they have to make money somehow.

We buy all of our gaming stuff from Game Stop. Great people, love their warranty. Never once have we had problems getting something fixed or replaced.

I don't know his name but one of the dudes with the beard have given me solid recommendations for games everytime. I also come in there for the Pikachu plushies that occasionally pop up and another of the guys always checks if there are new ones for me. 10/ 10 all great employees

I see some complaints about long wait times. These are the symptoms of the amazing service someone else is recieving and not millennial slacking. I am a casual gamer and often don't know exactly what I want when I walk in but always end up getting help finding it. The depth of knowlede and enthusiasm about gaming the staff has is unmatched and inspiring.

The staff is GREAT! Billy is very helpful and went above and beyond my last visit. This is a great store!

Helped me exchange a ps5 for a ps4 version and it was even cheaper. I had my receipt and did it on the same day. Pretty kool for understanding a mistake even though the game was opened.

These guys are great! The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Any time I have a problem with any product I purchased, they replace it with no questions asked.
