Toyology is truly the best! The ambiance is always so warm and inviting and they have the greatest selection of toys. I also want to acknowledge Leslie, who has to be one of the kindest employees I have ever come across. She greets me with the warmest smile every time I walk in and is also so knowledgeable and efficient. She always recommends the best toys, rings them up, gets them wrapped and gets me out the door in no time. Her incredible customer service goes a really long way with me and I know that when I walk in and see her, that I’ll be getting the best service. I honestly love this place just as much as my kids do! :)

Love this place!! They have a great selection of toys. My toddler enjoys every visit. It's so nice being able to shop for quality toys in person & the customer service really sets this place apart from some of the big box stores.

My family and I love to support small family business’. This is one of those wonderful stores - represented by great ownership! My brothers shop here for my daughters for all occasions. My son had birthday money that he wanted to spend. He picked out a pogo stick, however, there were a couple to chose from. The owner was knowledgeable regarding which one would be better for his age (6). I am a teacher, and the section for classroom items was wonderful and well organized. I will definitely go back. Shop local!

My five year old daughter loves to go to Toyology! It's a destination for her and has been since she was a baby! She explores and I shop locally for gifts for her and her friends! They have a wonderful selection of the hottest toys for a wide range of ages, interests and imaginations! Build, ride, experiment, create, explore, craft, read, cuddle, play, compete, etc. The staff excels in customer service and have great product knowledge, so they're happy to recommend just the right gift, wrap it (at no additional charge) and ship it (additional charge)! Full disclosure here - these folks are our neighbors down the hall, but that doesn't mean we'd be comfortable sending our clients down there if it wasn't a great store. They have a deliberate way about how they source their toys so that you can get plenty of the basics but many unique items as well - many with a learning emphasis. I'll take a local independent family owned toy store with three locations where the employees know the toys over a big box chain any day.

This place is the BEST! Every single time I go in, someone comes over immediately and basically hand picks a gift based on age, interests, etc. And the toys are so unique! Love them!

From a hands on owner , to the friendly staff , to the toys themselves, toyology is the gold standard in a competitive industry. I don’t generally post reviews, although as a fellow business owner, I felt compelled to write one for this outstanding company. I called yesterday on a particular item which I found on toyology’s easy to navigate website and it was ready for pickup today. They made the whole process extremely easy and the prices were very reasonable. My only regret is they don’t sell franchises. This is the type of company that will continue to thrive based on the owner’s forward thinking , innovative and customer first business model.

Talk about a teachers paradise.. The best games for your classrooms. They also have a ton of toys geered towards kids with special needs which really hits home for me. Service is outstanding. Probably one of the friendliest stores in the area. On top of that, their selection is impeccable and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. One of the owners, Aric, is always generous to us and my kids love nothing more than for him to show them all the new toys and gadgets.

I have purchased several gifts for out of state grandchildren. Get excellent advice & service from the staff re choices for their interests & ages. Then the bonus is gift wrapping & mailing service. WOW --This is one stop gift shopping for me !.

I live in Australia and had some items shipped to Australia. There was an misunderstanding on postage cost originally, but very importantly the issue was resolved in a trustworthy manner.
All good now and I have since purchased more from the shop. Having someone you can trust on the web is key.

Website said they were open until 6:00 on Saturday but they actually close at 5:00, I got there just after they closed and Tracy was so kind to let me in so I could get a gift for my 14 year old niece who had just had major surgery. Thank you Tracy for being so kind and understanding! Lori G.

When I walked into Toyology, I immediately felt my inner kid nudging me to buy all the toys. Toyology carries games that cannot be found anywhere locally. I have never seen a more unique and educational selection of games and devices than in Toyology. All the large superstores should take some notes from this Klar Company.

Toylogy is THE place to go for all your toy needs. They specialize in educational toys but have a huge variety of toys and games from all over. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place to kids and parents of all ages.
