I am at this location often. The staff knows me and I always feel welcomed. I like the new self-scan kiosk. The team appreciates when I have all my items in order, and I appreciate how quickly they help me when I do. Recently Alex helped me carry several large packages from my vehicle. Thanks Alex!

This is the best UPS store in the area. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I was working with Lori when shipping multiple boxes and the service was outstanding. People don't have to wait very long and they know their repeat customers. Excellent experience.

They are the “Gold Standard” for UPS Shipping stores. They know that they are Not in the “Shipping business”, but rather they in the they are in “the customer service business”. I have been a happy customer with them for well over 20 years, and will continue to do so!

I went to the UPS store after a very stressful day at work. I had an urgent project with an important deadline, that was extremely time-sensitive. Everything that could have went wrong with the project, did. Tiffany, who assisted me at the UPS store, was one of the only positive experiences of the day. She was patient, understanding, helpful and kind. I am very grateful for her assistance, as I know it took a long time to get it all done. Thank you Tiffany! You helped make this day a bit less stressful!

I am so grateful for the West Bloomfield UPS store! During the last four months, I have required a printed manual for each module of a training in which I'm enrolled. I have been consistently impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. An extra-special thank-you to Lori for her personal care and attention. I recently had to complete my first internet gateway box return and I was so stressed about the idea of doing it incorrectly. I went to this UPS store for help and now I can’t wait to go back to use some of their other services. Kayla, who assisted me, was an absolute doll and deserves a raise! Best UPS Store around! Very helpful staff! They have signs on the floor to help promote social distancing and only allow three people in the store at a time. I have a great experience every time I visit. They always do a great job packing & shipping my packages promptly.

I am at this store 4 if not 5 times a week shipping items for work. The entire staff Including the owner, are professional, friendly, conscientious of ones time, and beyond helpful! I not only have them ship, but they also pack my goods. Everyone there is beyond nice and is absolutely willing to go above and beyond. I always notice the staff greets every customer when they walk thru the door and always apologize for a wait if there is one. Wonderful service!!!!

I want to give a big shout out to Kayla who helped me today. I was shipping an expensive computer graphics card to my friend and she really went the extra mile for me. I expressed my concern about shipping something so expensive and fragile and she demonstrated professional conduct and understanding. Walked me through all of my insurance options and offered to pack the card in front of me to ease my worry. Can't say enough good things and thanks to her from this experience

I have done business with this location several times. Their customer service is top notch. All of the employees there are VERY accommodating and helpful no matter what. I will continue going here for my shipping/packaging and printing needs.

I review only when I can write stellar comments about a business. I cannot understand how some people receive a package from Nordstrom and the box has a dent and they give the shoes in the box one star because the shipping box has a dent. WTH? You should be required to provide some documentation of education to be able to write a review. Clearly, the people who have written poor reviews about this UPS store have either miscommunicated their needs, or don't understand the law of the land, regarding mailing packages.

The only negative thing I can say about this store is that I hate Orchard Lake Road, and probably all of Oakland County agrees with me. About 3 times a week I shop at Plum Market and then head to this UPS store. Every person working here has an exemplary work ethic. Most importantly, they all know their "shipping stuff." I have 2 daughters who live in Chicago and since they allegedly don't have good baked goods in Chicago (are you kidding me?) I often mail them my incredible creations. I receive an email indicating "Your package is on its way" and one the next day (always, no problem getting to Chicago in 1 day) relaying that "Your package has been delivered." Nordstrom, Zappos, Amazon, Nespresso - the employees politely take the package and issue a receipt so I am able to track my return. I usually have an email when I get home that it has already been recorded on Zappos or Amazon, and my refund has been issued.

UPS is not the cheapest way to deliver, but I have mailed a simple Priority Mail envelope to Chicago and it has taken 3 days. I could ride my bike there faster than that. UPS has great options for overnight delivery for many locations and the staff knows when it is worth it to use that option. Lastly, my absolute FAVORITE employee, Tiffany, allows me to email her documents or articles, and she prints them off, binds them for me and emails me that they are finished. Are you kidding me? 15 years of teaching, and had I known I had this service at my disposal all those years, I would have been in heaven. She is getting me through my dissertation - yes, Tiffany is the living end, as is this store!

Courteous, professional and fast are three words that best describe this UPS Store. Location is terrific (near Plum Market) and seasoned staff goes the extra mile to take care of your needs.

Helped me greatly to get my important Christmas presents where they needed to go. I shipped 3 packages and 1 had some trouble, but they helped me track it.

The team there did a great job scanning in my fragile family photos. Really did a great job! They will get repeat business from me for sure.
