I absolutely love shopping at Guys and Gals!!! I live out of state and it is always my number one store to go to for myself and three kids. Their customer service is the best and shipping time is so fast and efficient!! They carry the cutest brands for kids too! My kids are always getting compliments on their outfits. They also are great at putting together bday presents! So creative and cute!!i highly recommend.

I have never written a bad review for a company. I believe people generally do the best they can with the resources they have. However, I’m shocked and disgusted by how this company handled my online order for a very expensive blouse that I never received. The packaging was terrible as it is a satin, silky fragile blouse that was terribly packaged in tissue paper with a sticker. The perforated bag they used came undone during delivery and when I provided photos, and countless emails to even try and help them on their end, even though it is not the responsibility of the customer to do so, I followed every direction possible. They asked me to keep the ripped bag and sent UPS to my house to pick it back up. I had a very important event and they couldn’t even overnight another one. On top of that, I still haven’t revived a refund or confirmation of one and just keep getting a run-around of excuses. Be very careful ordering anything from this company. I will be going further with this.

Terrible company. High end clothing should not be sold here as it will ruin the reputation of designers all over. Take your business somewhere else.

Very bad customer service they ignore you when you walk in . They asked if I can put a mask on, I politely said I had health issues and she asked me to leave . I wouldn’t go back ! We try and support our small businesses but you would think they don’t want to be in business with the way people are treated .
