Great staff!! They are always so friendly and helpful! Mindi Armell, Briena Flynn, Chris, and the other women at the front are so welcoming! The one thing that bugs me is the female pharmacist. She ALWAYS gives me a hard time about my prescriptions. She has also said what I was picking up multiple times in front of people which is a HIPPA violation. She should be fired. Not only is she illiterate to HIPPA, she is rude. Everyone else in the pharmacy is great!

What grocery store closes at 9pm on a Saturday! They have deserved 0 stars for a while now I'm surprised it took me this long to review this horrible place. Why couldn't I live near a Hannaford! No sales either just the illusion. Buy 10 save 50¢

Needs to lower the chit chat with customers small talk is small talk I was there a while for 3 customers ahead of me at least 45 minutes and they didn't have much like maybe 3 items each

Why is there a busy signal? Shouldn't it just go straight to voicemail????

Today I finally transferred my prescriptions to ANOTHER pharmacy after months of dealing with the lackluster and often poor service by the pharmacy staff. Sometimes there are issues with the scripts or insurance or one of my scripts that is for a somewhat rare drug, and the pharmacist and techs never help or offer any problem solving whatsoever. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Shelburne or Middlebury than continue to deal with them.

I just had an experience with the female pharmacist that moved me to warn others to take their business elsewhere. I take a drug I cannot just randomly go on and off of. She said she couldn’t fill it on the date the doctor wrote it for because it wasn’t the exact number of days since it was last filled. This is not something I’ve heard from another pharmacist over 20+ years. This isn’t a drug they always have, and have to order. Which means in this person’s individual completely dehumanizing conception of her relationship with patients, I would be guaranteed at some point to show up, they don’t have it, and boom now I’m randomly off my meds - which has consequences. This cavalier attitude about people going on and off of their medications randomly is shockingly irresponsible and unprofessional. If you have another pharmacy near your work or on your drive, use it. A place that employs and individual like this is a liability to your health.
