We would not eat without this place. Awesome deals on healthy and regular food. Great little deli. HBA and pet items. Some decent produce...what would cost you $200 at a normal store will cost you $50 here. Staff is great...I go in every few days. If you have a kid that eats non-stop, this will be your new saviour.

I love this store! I've been shopping here for awhile. My family is very big, have cats and dogs too. Without a doubt, I get the best prices for pet food and kitty litter. The prices on the personal hygiene items are unbeatable! The canned goods are not only priced well, but there are all kinds of brands, fancy ones included. This is the place to buy your cereal too. Many boxes are $0.99. The best thing is this store accepts coupons! Not only are you getting things for 75% off, but you can use your coupons too!

This place has the best prices in the world! They specialize in specialty foods and unique snacks that you won't find in normal grocery stores. The customer service is good. They have a bathroom if you need it. I always stop here on my way to Burlington and it always makes the trip really worth it. I always come away with great snacks for a good price. You can also get staple materials here like dish soap, toothpaste, multivitamins, etc... For being a small place, there variety of options is not lacking!

If you like a good bargain, this is the place to go!

Be aware that it is like most liquidation / discount stores.

What they have in stock is completely random and if you want to make sure they have a certain thing you need to give them a call.

Items are frequently out of date as well but that really doesn't matter for the most part.

The people who work there will happily give you an additional discount if you buy items in bulk.

It probably will not check off everything on your grocery list however, as far as food goes, there's really no beating it.

I had never been here before, but I was impressed. It's clean, well organized, has easy, convenient parking, and prices aimed at affordability. Employees were very nice.

Can't say enough good things about Vermont Discount and their staff. Myself and other members of the Breadloaf Mountain Zen Community frequently buy food there for the Charter House homeless shelter and they always give us generous discounts on food that is already marked at 1/2 or less than the super market price. I would imagine that this store has become a mainstay for the many people experiencing hard times do to lay offs and other Covid related financial stresses.

It’s a discount grocery, so there are no bells and whistles. I do find great deals and the staff is very friendly. By buying my canned goods, pasta, cookies, cracker, etc. here (and shampoos, etc), I save a lot of money!

Love this store they always have a large selection of stuff including dairy free and organic and very low prices i usually buy over 100 dollars worth of dairy free snacks for 35-40 dollars

I almost always find something I need at a fraction of the cost. And if I don't find something I need that particular day, I never leave there empty handed. Great deals, and excellent staff.
