Fire & Ice is the coziest and most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever seen! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, warm orange light and the walls covered with antique model boats, lanterns, historic letters and photos and mounted trophy fish. The maitre de and waitress were so helpful and friendly and the food was wonderful! I can for lunch but will be back for dinner. Highly recommend!!!

We have nothing bad to say. This was a great pic. Loved the ambience and the way this place is decorated. Robert Irvine would call them dust collectors, but they were all spotless by my eyes. The food was excellent as was the service. The butternut squash soup and the Hutchins filet were top choices. So glad we ate here.

This is an exception to the rule. The decor is among the best I’ve ever seen. Heidi, our waitress, was very professional and made great recommendations. The candies bacon burger was spot-on perfection. Love this place and plan on a return visit. Try the maple old fashioned with Woodford Reserve, I really enjoyed it!

This place is awesome. Great food, great service, the place itself is really cool, and you'll see people who are there to eat, walking around looking at all there is to see in there. The owner is always there helping, and the rest are likewise some of the friendliest staff ever. Did I mention monument farm chocolate milk on tap for free?

Yea. You need to go here

This place was amazing! The atmosphere is so eclectic with different themed rooms, historical items, and an array of odd things like a stuffed bear wearing a funky Hawaiian shirt! Our server Heidi went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She definitely knows how to give excellent customer service! We had the North Country burger with a side Caesar salad. Both were very delicious! The maple candied bacon was so yummy with a nice tasty glaze. I would have liked a little more flavor from the dry rub on the meat, but the meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. The side of Caesar was instead of fries and a great choice as it’s one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had. We also enjoyed a maple old fashioned which was delightful. We enjoyed our experience very much and will visit again!

Fantastic food and service. The whole family loves going here, the kids especially love the chocolate milk dispenser 😁. Haven't had a single bad meal, definitely recommend it.

This is a favorite spot for my husband and I stop on our way to and from Burlington. The service is always, the food delicious, and the ambiance is lovely, no matter which "room" we are seated in.
Tonight's dinner included buffalo wings, corn chowder, a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and bourbon sirloin tips. The wrap was huge and full of chicken, not just lettuce. My husband could not get enough of the sauce for the tips. And the wings worth every cent.

Great atmosphere. Every room is a different theme and very well decorated. Food was delicious. The Ahi Tuna is great and so were the fries and burger. Nice beer selection as well. Server was very attentive and nice. No complaints. 10/10 would recommend.
They also have a children's menu

We had a delicious family dinner here, and it was my third visit to fire & ice. I love how cozy the atmosphere is, and the menu is always fantastic. We had excellent service from Taurpin (not sure how it's spelled honestly) and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

On vacation and enjoyed the lobster rolls here and mud pie. Service was excellent with Amanda, owner was on site and even seated us. Decor is intriguing and like nothing I've seen before. If I was a local I would frequent this place!

Food and Service was phenomenal. The staff was attentive and checked us... Our waitress Jessi knows how to make you feel welcome... Photos were tinted yellow due to the lighting and romantic corner we were nestled in

We had a party of ten for our nieces birthday and we had wonderful service . Our server was Reilly and she could not have been more attentive if we had been a party of two . She didn’t miss a beat. We all loved our food . They make great cocktails too.

The atmosphere is busy and fun - like sitting inside an eye spy puzzle.
Service was pleasant and attentive.
Food was great and cocktails were tasty.
I was hoping for something a little more from the fries, they're pretty basic. And the table in our section was very close to the others, not lending much to privacy, but I'm not sure what some of the other sections could be like.
Restrooms are well tended.

Truly a hidden gem of a place. The ambience is amazing. They literally have an actual WW1 engine propeller.
They have several themed rooms. We were seated in their beautiful library.
Food: Delicious to say the least and well plated (see pictures for reference). Our friends found a good selection of beers to choose from. Aaron (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Lucas were extremely friendly. Aaron was very helpful with her suggestions and we loved everything she suggested.

One of the coolest restaurants I've ever been to! There's free chocolate milk, a boat and a library inside. So many near things on the wall and this is just the beginning. The service is fantastic and Amanda made our experience even that much better. Taking a toddler often out to eat is often difficult and stressful. She's very kind and attentive. To the best part.... The food! Some of the best prime rib ever. Very flavorful and tender. For dessert we had the maple creme brulee and it was a perfectly balanced dessert.... Not to sweet. I seriously can't wait to come back in the future. Great job Fire and Ice!

I was disappointed that they did away with the salad bar, and the meal didn't come with a vegetable. I asked for a baked potato instead of the mashed potato. The Potato skin was a little dry, but the inside was perfect consistency.
The English Cut Prime Rib Dale's way was excellent. Fire & Ice probably has the best prime rib around. The chocolate milk keeps the kids happy. There's an amazing amount of stuff to look at in the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
