Great restaurant with noisy friendly atmosphere. Bar and restaurant were packed and I was lucky to get seated right away. I got the fried Brussel sprouts with bacon which were very good and their winter salad with salmon which was excellent. Service was great and fast. Definitely a place to check out when your in the area.

Perfect in every way! Our fabulous server, Hillary, made excellent recommendations and was super nice! The food was outstanding! Highly recommend!

This place surpassed expectations. I knew from the reviews that the food was going to be good, but what I didn't anticipate was just how good. Everything we ordered was spectacular. Our waiter, Sam, was wonderful. My brother and mother always have fun requests and he was more than happy to help. We ordered the Poutine as our appetizer, followed by the Cheddar Ale Soup and half order of Nachos. Following that we had the Chilled Watermelon Soup (Oh my goodness, it's amazing) and my brother ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. Only negative (which by no way takes away from the stars we are giving) was the fact that the bun on the southern fried chicken sandwich seemed to fall apart while my brother was eating it. We think it would be much better with a brioche bun. (We did finish everything 100%) only thing I wasn't able to eat were three remaining delicious onion rings that I'm taking to go.

UPDATE: Came back in the evening for a drink and their Lemon Basil Panna Cotta... WORTH IT.

Very much enjoyed the food, drinks and ambiance of the tavern! Also glad I opted to add the salmon to my curry. Husband was impressed with the beer list and southern fried chicken sandwich. We will definitely be back!

We were there last summer as we were at a horse show at Addison Fairgrounds. The onion rings were the best I have ever eaten and I order them a lot. Plan to return again this summer.

Great restaurant in Middlebury. The decor and vibe is casual hometown bar and grille style. The service was top notch and very attentive. The menu had a good variety of options. The traditional style grilled burgers were fantastic, my son devoured his in seconds! The chicken wings were perfectly fried, I like a little more sauce and the server was gracious to bring out extra for me. The beer cheese soup was delicious and brought back memories of my grandmother and mother's I had growing up.

Nice, upscale spot in a beautiful downtown area. My Philly sandwich arrived in a hollowed out baguette and it was the most perfectly balanced cheese steak I can recall. Just the right amount of chewy bread, perfectly melted cheese, and fantastic tender meat. Our server was extremely accommodating, managing to get us an item to go from the lunch menu that we had seen online, to take to someone who wasn't able to join us for dinner.

Really great place with a warm and cozy tavern feel. The Korean fried chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite, not to mention possibly the best fries in town.

I ate here a couple of times in 2019, and then again in 2023. On both occasions the food was excellent; the service was both swift and friendly as well. I was astounded at how the experience remained so enjoyable and consistent every time I visited two brothers tavern, but then again, any restaurant that has been in business so long surely knows how to maintain standards of excellence. Would both recommend and dine here again.

A great place to take your kids or to have dinner for two. Good selection of appetizers, especially the soups.

Excellent restaurant in Middlebury, Vermont. Farm to table very unique and delicious. Oysters, Burrata on pesto and sun-dried tomatoes, Salmon cake, local beef Burger was the menu for our first visit here, highly recommend it! The local beer selection fantastic! And the service supper!

This is a charming student bar. You will find a lot of great beers and appetizers, as well as a decent dinner menu. The place has been there forever so it has a lot of soul. I had a great time there. Also, there's supposed to be a dance club in the basement but it was closed due to Covid. There are a couple of TVs with sports programs. It's a perfect place to get beers and dinner with friends. I recommend the poutine- it was delicious!

The chips and salsa were so good, beer was amazing...and the burger was perfection. Great service and table by the window.

Was in town overnight on business and went in for dinner. Sat at the bar. Great beer selection and plenty of options on the menu. My only regret is not getting my bartender's name. He was great.

Great atmosphere. Locals and people from out of town. Everyone chatting and getting aquatinted. Food was really good. Best sweet potato fries I ever had. Thin, crispy and flavorful. Prices were very reasonable. When back in town I will definitely be back.

Excellent service, beautiful July rainy evening, outdoor covered dining - the mussels were delicious, get the chicken wings, too! The Classic Philly Cheese with the red peppers was excellent, as was the Marsala Sirlion medium rare and the salmon (farmed, not wild(. We'll be back - Thank you, Two Brothers - classy, casual spot, family friendly - the cucumber gimlet is excellent.

This is a great spot. Right in the center of Middlebury. Very comfortable and clean. Good food and drinks, plus they have gluten free options and a gluten free beer. I would definitely go back.

Nice pub, interesting decor that has a modern feel. Very friendly service (Julie). My Korean chicken sandwich was delicious as was my bloody Mary. Would not hesitate to return the next time I'm in town.

So many drink options! Yum. Food was really good. The Philly was stuffed like a hot pocket, highly recommend! The wall decor was certainly worth looking at!
