Clean and organized! The workers are really friendly. This place is very big. Tons of options for sure. If you need a place to get groceries then come check this place out!

I'm so happy with the customer service I get at this store. Very friendly and the also bag your groceries with a smile and the prices are alot better.

We come to visit VT once or twice a year and this location is where we shop, and load up on groceries for our friends we come to visit. It's tough for a single dad, recently widowed to make ends meet. My husband and I appreciate the great selection and outstanding customer 👏 service. Thank you for serving your community well.

Larger supermarket, usually clean and organized. Everyone is helpful and polite. I wish i could see more registers open when sometimes is packed but they are having some trouble finding some workers like some other places, but overall i love this store.

I’m a chef so a well stocked store is a must! Hannaford is my choice for shopping because it’s clean, great selection of organic, fresh and vibrant produce, and local foods. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Great service and clean business

The staff were friendly and helpful, immediately easing the burden posed by my agoraphobia and social anxiety. Both my pharmacy and Hannaford-to-Go transactions went smoothly, and access to Tri-Valley Transit's Middlebury Shuttle bus couldn't be more convenient, even carrying four bags of groceries!

These are the sorts of positive experiences I need in order to continue working towards rejoining the community. 😌

Great store, well supplied

What can I say? Stellar groceries in a wide variety at reasonable prices, and packed nicely at clean registers by polite, friendly staff. I appreciate shopping here because I can take care of my special needs diet and love of a variety of international foods. It’s my go to for a bunch of products I can’t get closer to home, which I’m so grateful for!

They sell so many different varieties that it's almost overwhelming! Produce is set up very attractively, bakery has a large selection of breads, pies, cakes, donuts, deli has ready to go meals as well as sliced to order meats and cheeses. The meat department has wonderful butchers ready to cut to order the way you want. Spacious aisles make it a breeze to shop!

Great grocery store. Lots of parking. Tons of variety of food in the store. Mozzarella sticks from the hot bar are insanely good!!

I love their selection and prices. They're usually pretty well stocked on everything as well. Their bathrooms are always clean, and generally speaking, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Really good grocery store. They have their brands plus a very good selection of brands. This store also has a Vermont liquor store inside. Great selection of meat, seafood, cheese, etc. Great produce

I have just returned from Florida where I bought most of my groceries at Publix. Publix stores provide exceptional service such as - helping the customer UNload their cart. Today I was offered the same assistance at the Middlebury Hannaford Supermarket. This is a welcome service for although I am in good health now, at one time it was a physical problem to bend over to unload the cart. The checkout lady and others throughout the store seemed to be more helpful. Kudos for bumping up customer service in your grocery stores. BTW - I especially like your donut holes. Please consider getting Oscar Meyer chopped ham, if you do you'll be my destination grocery store.

Perfect Store, I reside in Brandon 14 miles South and shop here, the staff is much more knowledgeable and friendly, everyone is polite and courteous
the brandon store is a joke, rude and arrogant employees there that wont even say hello when you say hello to them, if they hate their jobs they ought to leave I say
so in my case its worth the travel for great service

Found everything I was looking for, for our labor day BBQ thanks Hannafords the burgers were great 👍
