Very delicious food and friendly staff.

It’s McDonald’s people. You shouldn’t have high expectations for a fast food restaurant. I really wish they’d go back to having everything made in a warmer so they’d be a lot faster.

Better than most McDonald's

I stopped by today and was greeted by Tony, a super sweet person. He gave me a great experience and I strongly recommend stopping by for a smile.

Best Location Ever!!! Being the only fast food chain in town, expectations are set pretty high imo. I’ve received above and beyond excellent customer service from Heather. I’ve also recently partnered with Kayla & Sean through DoorDash and it is a pleasure working with them. Quick and 100% accurate orders for delivery. My DoorDash customers are highly satisfied and that wouldn’t be possible without the excellent work being put out of this location. I look forward to doing more deliveries. Stopped in for a quick pee. Clean restrooms and Blondies Rapture on the radio. Perfect visit.

Not too much to say currently as it stands the McDonald's in Middlebury is doing very well very good quality very good service very friendly people it's fluctuated over the years but right now as of this post they are five stars very good very worth the experience

McDonald's provides exactly what they claim: a fast food restaurant that offers good food and fast. The atmosphere is inviting for large groups and for introverts who want to eat and have some solitude. Always cute to see our elders assemble for their 'senior coffees' and socialize. Very supportive to the developmentally disabled population. Samantha is sick with her customer service skills!

EDIT: They have changed their business hours since last reviewed! Previous review below. I'd still call the store if you plan on going in advance, as this location was/is understaffed due to current labor shortage, therefore hours subject to change (7/20/21).

Closed exceedingly early. While it is the norm in the area, it's a bit ridiculous.

The order was right and the sandwich was put together nicely so it didn't fall apart and was done in a timely manner

We ordered Large Fries and the cashier gave us a very full Fry and put it in a paper bag. He warned us that they were hot…and they were hot and delicious!🍟

The cashier was so nice! I'm a person of color who lives in Massachusetts and white people in service jobs rarely ever look me in the eye, let alone ask me how I am. I came to visit Middlebury with a friend who was giving an interview, and I stopped by Mcdonalds to get a smoothie. I wish I had gotten his name, but the cashier, a middle aged white guy, actually made conversation with me and even said bye to me when I left the restaurant. That made my day. Keep up the good work, Middlebury Mcdonalds!

I realized that eating in the restaurant tastes better than take out window. The quarter pounder special tasted juicier and fresher

Love this month. Not only birthday month but my all time favorite shake is here for this month only usually the shamrock shake

Loved my south west salad, always do. I also was bad and got a Dr. Pepper. My fav. But not supposed to have it.

Very friendly staff and decent food.

Tue service was so friendly and helpful. Food was very fresh and hot, ontop of that, it was ready almost right away. Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing.
