Carter at checkout was super friendly and helpful, by far the best customer service we’ve received in a long time!

The employees working in the golf department are phenomenal! We came in last minute needing our golf clubs re-gripped, and they were able to get it done in a matter of hours (on a Saturday mid day too)! They look and feel like new clubs, and the pricing was very reasonable.

Went for a kayak and nicer kayak paddle. They had a great deal on a nice kayak and a big selection. Large selection of paddles too with lots of lengths and materials to choose from, all reasonably priced.
Store is large, clean, and has lots to choose from.
Staff was friendly and helped load my kayak in my truck.

I was at a little league baseball tournament and my sons cleats were too small. It was 8:15 and the game started at 9:00. Charlie at the St George store opened the doors 30 minutes early and got me what I needed. You should’ve seen the look on my sons face!! Unbelievable extra effort, it’s about the little things!!! I have always loved coming here to look for sports stuff. Like most stores, you are on your own. But one great thing about shopping when you need help is you go to the checkout and ask someone for help. If they can’t help you, they are great about calling for someone who can help your look for stuff. I have never had a problem with someone helping me. They try to do their best. It’s always a great experience when I come here. They have a really good selection of sports equipment and apparel.

Two very helpful young men back in the backpack section asked a couple times if I needed assistance. And when I finally made my flashlight selection they asked if I needed more and went out of there way to go get me other colors out of the back room. I didn't catch there names but one seemed to be a supervisor both should be commened for their customer service

Nice store, spacious and tidy. Staff is applicable and helpful. Prices are a bit on the higher end.

Amazing store! They have a great selection of all products, if they don’t have it, they will order it for you, or give you an alternative place in town to go. The clearance on the big brands like Nike and Under Armor is awesome! The staff is amazing. You can see from just walking into the store that they work very hard. Walked in at 9pm on a Tuesday night. An employee, maybe the manager, asked if we were looking for something specific, we said yes, told him what it was and he walked us directly to it's location. The cashier was just as friendly. We were out of there within 10 minutes with exactly what we wanted!

The manager we dealt with, Jeff, was out of this world amazing. We had a clothing issue as we lived out of town he not only fixed it but also gave us a gift card. I will do all my sports shopping there.

Marty is the BEST!! He didn’t have the shoes I wanted in stock, so he ordered them and I received them at my home the very next day… Beat that! “)

I bought a rifle at black Friday and had a problem with the bolt action. I brought it in and they were able to help me fix the problem and we're very apologetic about the issue. Most likely it was a gun manufacturer problem, but they took ownership of the problem....Most people don't do that these days. The store was clean and the staff was very quick to answer questions and seemed to care about my shopping experience. My wife picked up a rifle as well and we were both pleased with Dick's.

For a Black Friday sale, it was awesome. Every available employee was running and busy. The sales were great, and parking was terrible (but Dick's can't control that). Good selection, decent clearance, and very clean.

I was very pleased with the Courtesy , assistance, and the product. But most of all the manager and my cashier was a breath of fresh air. I lost my dad to cancer on Monday and my father in law 2 weeks ago of the same cancer.

Purchased a heavy set of cornhole boards and they loaded them into my vehicle. Very nice employees. 👌 thanks so much.
