Black Bear Diner

I enjoyed my Bobs Big Bear Burger medium-well. I ordered it deluxe. I however am not a fan of lettuce tomato or onions so that’s why they aren’t pictured.

The burger was juicy and hot and the fries were hot, crispy and delicious. My favorite is the sweet potato fries with their house made ranch dressing. They never gotten those wrong.

I’ve ordered the same meal on multiple occasions and when it was made wrong or not to my liking they fixed it.

I feel as long as you’re not an A hole and politely ask them to fix it, they will and if for some reason they can’t fix it to your liking, they will try and make you happy with some type of compensation.

I feel that if they fix your food issues or service there is no reason to leave them a less than 5⭐ review. I’m not saying my food was perfect the first time it came out but I was polite and asked for it to be corrected and they did. Remember that these people are human and mistakes happen.

Stopped in on the way to Salt Lake City and it was worth the time. The restaurant will take you back to simpler times and the service was incredible! Some say customer service is dead but Andy, our server, proves them all wrong! You can tell he has a passion for making your experience with Black Bear Diner memorable. No more reviews needed, just go and ask for Andy!

Really good food and really good service. We got the bigfoot dinner and bigfoot breakfast, it was so good and filling. They really feed you here and you will be leaving with leftovers. Everything about our meal was very good and worth every penny.

Very busy place all times that we've been because their food is so good. I got a simple 2 egg combo plate with shredded potatoes and thick cut bacon. Although the bacon didn't seem that "thick cut", it was still good. The potatoes were soft and delicious, and I loved the browning on them here and there. The biscuit was over the top huge, like a slice of cake. Soft and smooth, but crumbly when I attempted to apply the softened butter to it. So delicious! The only problem is the size, this was a smaller portion than some of their meals and it still was too much food - definitely with the oversized biscuit! You definitely get your money's worth, but I just don't have the room for all that food. I wish they would decrease their portion sizes and just keep the great taste.

I'm a huge fan of Black Bear Diner!! All the employees were so friendly and happy - it was awesome. The food is amazing. I got the corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, and it was delightful. Also got a biscuit with gravy, which was amazing. My wife got the cinnamon roll french toast with a side of bacon, and loved it. We also took an almond bear claw to-go. Definitely recommend Black Bear Diner, and this location specifically!

Super place to meet friends to enjoy a meal. Great variety of menu items, and you can have breakfast anytime. We love the Black Bear Diner!

I'm an over the road long haul trucker. I stopped in Washington, Utah to order breakfast to go. It was very hot outside and I didn't want to leave my senior dog Levi in my truck long. When I went inside restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the waitress. I told her I'd love to sit and dine in but that I couldn't leave my puppy in the hot truck. She immediately insisted I bring him in with me. Well, how could I argue that? Levi is 15 yrs old, extremely loving and friendly a d very well behaved. So I of course went and got him from the truck. He loved all the attention and the bits of bacon I gave him. The waitress had a little cup/bowl of water waiting for him when we came back in. The food here is excellent and was served hot, quickly and with the best service I've had in a long time. They went above and beyond for me and my trucker co pilot Levi. He's not a service dog but should be, he's just THAT perfect. Great place to relax and enjoy very good comfort food. Lady trucker and puppy approved!

We had Sydney as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. I don't think we have ever had a better server. The food was amazing as well. Certainly a great experience our first time there. When we come back to Utah we will be sure to come again.

I got the vegetarian omlette and it was scrumptious. Be sure to ask for salsa. The OJ at this place is not to be missed. I think it's freshly squeezed - - it definitely tastes that way! My kids got cinnamon roll French toast and ate up every crumb on their plate. The fresh fruit is a nice addition too.

Always a great place to eat, generous portions and priced just right !! This last visit, the biscuits were a little hard even with the gravy on top, but everything had great flavor

This place is amazing. It always blows my mind how much food they serve and the price for that much food. It’s delicious, hot, and comes out quickly, even when you go as a large group. Still one of my favorite aspects is the atmosphere. My kids love all of the bears and having coloring books and games makes the whole experience easier and much more enjoyable. We ll be back often!

Service and atmosphere are very welcoming. Quiet, so a good place to chat. I’ve had the Stuffed Blackberry French Toast three times now (pictured here with a side of eggs). It’s simply amazing. My husband really liked his chicken fried steak and eggs.

Never had a bad experience at any Black Bear Dinner! A 5 star review from me is a very rare thing and this is the second one I have given to this restaurant chain! Don't change a thing!!!

The food here is amazing I would highly recommend sharing 😵‍💫 the portions are so big. Definitely do not want to have mimosas here. They are incredibly expensive 🤯

Friendly staff, quick service, and large potions. My server, Kaleb, was very attentive. I had the Denver omelette with red potatoes and a really huge biscuit. Delicious. Clean restrooms. Easy freeway on/off.

Our server was personable. The portions were HUMONGOUS. I felt bad because I was only able to eat a fraction of my meal and since I’m on a road trip I couldn’t take leftovers. Cozy and friendly vibe. Yummy food.

The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere was great! Even though they were super busy when we came and, they were still able to see this relatively quickly and took care of all of our needs!

Additionally, let me just say the portions were huge! There's no way I could have eaten everything that was served to me!

Overall experience was great, Jessica our server was very kind, efficient, and very professional. Our food came out quickly, and accurately. The portions of the food were above normal, but worth the price. The taste of the food was great. The employees outfits are so cute.

The atmosphere was good except for the building has an echo to it with so many people in it talking all at the same time. Too much back ground noise hard to hear your server and the person across from you. The service was Amazing and the Food as Always was Great this was the New location off of Washington Parkway exit and the I-15 freeway. We had the most excellent BBQ Ribs and TriTip Mariona or something like that anyway thank you for the best food and service the young man who waited on us was Awesome 😎 he needs a Raise $$ he was tall enough and sounded like he could sing ,🎶🎵🎶
