AT&T Store

Last week, my phone crashed, plunging me into a sea of frustration that nearly brought me to tears. This led me to the AT&T store on River Road in St. George for help.
Anticipating a hefty financial burden and the daunting prospect of signing another contract, I braced myself for the worst. Much to my surprise, the experience turned out to be quite the opposite.
The entire staff excelled in customer service; Kyle assisted us, and manager Colter demonstrated an impressive ability to identify the problem with my phone promptly.
I know these guys receive commissions, but that didn’t matter. They provided exceptional customer service and quickly identified and resolved the problem – at no extra cost.
Looking ahead, I am now certain that when the time comes to upgrade or replace my phone, tablet, watch, or any other electronic device, I will be heading straight to the AT&T store on River Road in St. George UT
Moreover, I am eager to recommend this establishment to all my family and friends, confident that they will receive the same exceptional service that turned my frustrating day into a positive one.

Colter helped me trade in my old phones towards new upgrades. He was extremely professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me. He also helped me put on my screen protector for my new phone. Thank you Colter!

Colter, the store manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even fixed my mom's hearing aid Bluetooth connection to her phone.

Wow what an experience going in to AT&T…I thought I was going to have to fork out a bunch of money for a new phone because my phone wouldn’t make calls…Colter was so friendly along with all of the store reps in making sure they did everything to fix my phone. I found out colter had over 10 years of phone tech experience and was able to get my phone fixed by resetting my sim card. I didnt have to pay for anything extra and now my phone is working better than ever! Thank you Colter for making my day better! I will not go to a different at&t store now! Its nice to see they prioritize customer service over just “making a sell” Thank you Saint George at&t!

I have absolutely loved working with this store with all my problems! They have been able to answer every question quickly and point me in the best direction for my phone needs. I also love the special deals for teachers!

I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Era Veteran. My wife and I are very lacking in our tech and computer abilities. We needed a new phone and another phone transferred over.
Greg and the store manager helped us greatly. They were knowledgable, competent, and patient.
It was a complicated process, but they made it easy for us.

Colton was extremely helpful to me besides helping the two other associates you had there! He gave me some great suggestions and advice how to achieve what I wanted to do!! Great experience and a great guy at that store!!

I was crying sad/mad coming into the Store as the doors opened on Wednesday morning, my Quantum Century link internet was down and was not going to be able to be addressed until Friday night...I work from home so this was a huge problem. I had no idea how I was going to work, and headed into see if I could get a hot spot set up. I waited for the doors to open and when Colter greeted me he was positive and cheerful. He also told me that they had no hotspots in stock and one would need to be ordered...not sure what my face did, but he saw that was not what I needed, so he quickly started asking questions and got my account pulled up and had me set up with a hotspot through my phone and phone plan for an amazing price and I left the store 30 minutes later with my problem solved. Colter did not make any commission from the services he provided, I don't think. He could have had me leave with the answer out of stock, but this guy went the extra mile and got me what I needed. I hear over and over that young people do not have a good work ethic...well that is most certainly not true of Colter, the new store manager at this store...he is doing a dynamite job! Thank you Colter!

I have been very pleased with this store. They helped me transfer from Verizon very smooth and very easily. I recently went in to get a new upgrade and was helped by Trysten. He was awesome! He was very efficient and helped me save money on my plan! Who doesn't want that!?? When i received my upgraded phone, I went in to purchase tempered glass for the device. Jordan was the rep that helped me this time and he to was great to work with! While waiting for Jordan to get my phone set up and turned on, i noticed one of the other workers helping other clients. I personally was impressed by his work ethic, and want to give a shout out to Greg! His work ethic and personal persistence in adapting to this tech is hard! Greg is an older gentleman and is working to adapt to this tech that is stumping me some days. I think that is pretty dang impressive in my book and I want to tip my hat to him. I just want to say, that this store is a 10 out 10 and has my business and will continue to have my loyalty, Thanks for being awesome!!!

I took my new phone into them to see if they could get malware off of it. Talk about a great experience, Jordan met me at the door, opened it and helped me with my umbrella and water bottle. And more importantly, he fixed my phone and showed me features it had that I wasn't aware of. I'm new to at&t and this visit made a great impression on me! I'm very happy customer!

Hesitant to come to this store because of recent reviews, but I came in anyways because they were closer and I don’t regret it. They have a few new guys who were very friendly and the new manager was so nice and understanding! Would rate them 10/5 if I could

Went to the ATT location at 15 S River Rd. ST 350 Saint George, UT 84790.
The entire staff at this location were top notch! They were extremely knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and definitely know what they are doing!!! We were assisted by Jethro and he couldn’t have made the experience better! He was not only extremely helpful but quick and made the entire experience seamless! I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely go back for anything I need! This group that are employed here are the gold standard and should be the example for every location! Give these gentleman a raise, they DESERVE ONE!!!!!

Taylor is the best worker I’ve ever seen. I was travelling from Vegas stoped by, it was 5 min to close but he still helped us. 5 star to Taylor
