I had been looking at several 4Runner's across 15 locations in California, Nevada, Utah. Mostly dealing through email and phone calls. Living in StG, I had visited SW Toyota to see their selection. The cars were selling before hitting the lot, so I ended up putting a down payment on one at a different dealership in northern Utah and had planned to go pick it up. My guy at SW, Andrew, was very persistent and to the point. "Come sit down at the dealership, and lets talk about what we can do for you. There are things over the phone and text that I can't promise unless you are here". So I took a drive over, sat down, and we made a deal that worked out. Honestly, if Andrew didn't reach out, I would have ended up somewhere else, and not as happy. He also recommended me to a few places around town and that worked out great too! Give that kid a raise.
There was a little miscommunication on the purchasing side, which I should deduct a star for. I didn't need financing, but they ran my credit anyway. There was a delay in the money transfer from my bank, and they still let me take the car, so maybe that credit check allowed them to trust me.
It all worked out in the end, and I am glad I purchased locally.

Stephen Wade Toyota is the only place I take my car for service. Making an appointment is very easy. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything and I’ve never felt pressured to purchase any service. I had to use the shuttle service for the first time and this was fantastic. The van was right outside and the driver was friendly and personable. Great experience all around. Prices are a bit higher than other places but those places don’t make it as easy or convenient. Highly recommend for any Toyota service.

A huge thank you to Vance in Service! In early January my college-age daughter and friends were heading to Nevada for a rock climbing trip when her Toyota van lost it's brakes. Vance arranged a tow truck and got the van and her friends to the dealership. Vance and the Toyota team assessed the situation, provided a repair estimate and ordered the parts. In the meantime, my daughter and friends found a ride to Nevada and went climbing. Once the van was fixed, my daughter was able to pick up the van after hours and drive home safety with her friends. I want to thank Vance and the entire Toyota Team for their professionalism and for keeping my daughter and her friends safe.

Lucian was very adept and professional about resolving my repair issues, particularly in locating a part at another dealership in Arizona that was needed to fix my car. He also expressed genuine interest in resolving the repairs in the most economical way possible.

Stephen, Wade Toyota had the battery I needed for the 12 V battery on my RAV4 and made an appointment for me to get it in today. My daughter brought me home and they came and got me when the car was finished, which was as less than 2 hours. Great service, available quality parts, and amicable, helpful service writer.

We worked mainly over the phone with Jessica to buy our new Toyota Rav4 as we live multiple states away- She was sweet and explained everything so well to us, and made the transaction very smooth for us! Her communication was great through everything, I wish we had been able to meet in person! They also worked super hard to find us the best credit union for financing and with a great interest rate. My wife clipped the passenger side mirror on the side of the garage. The back plastic cover popped off. Tried as I could I was not able to reattach it. We took it in to the service department fully expecting to replace the entire mirror unit. To our pleasant surprise Stephen Wade’s folks were able to pop the covering back in. The cost? No charge.
