Big five is a great place to find shoes or boots. Also hard to find ammo.

I went there to buy some zip ties. I asked for 4, meaning 4 bags. There was some confusion and they brought me 4 zip ties. After telling I needed 4 bags, they went in the storage and came back with 2 1/2 bags. When I asked them how much it was, they said it was free. They don't sell zip ties and gave me the ones that they use for the store. Nicest staff ever and they went above for someone that didn't even buy anything from them. I will take my business to Big 5 just for their customer service.

We came one minute before the store was closed. We needed to buy hiking shoes and the staff was so kind and let us in and buy them. They truly made our day.🥰💃💃💃

A great place to buy sport shoes. They actually have people there to help you (rare these days). I have gotten some great deals on guns here over the years. They have a flyer that comes to the house with some good deals. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. I have been here many times.

Walked into the store... straight to the tennis shoes....immediately found the brand, size and style I needed AND they just happened to be on sale. Tried them on just to be sure... paid the cashier and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Awesome!!

These guys are my style of 5. Very customer service oriented, work to get me exactly what I need in a friendly, knowledgeable way, without pressure. Esp shoes! I've been going for over 5 years now for my family of 7 athletes and they seem to hire athletes who know shoes, yet let it be our choice. Their advice has matched my chiropractor and running advisor most times. They are smaller, and that can be a downside, but their prices are some of the best around. They offer to order items in, and check other stores. I've found running, walking, cross training, and my favorite living in shoes, (ask for Goga max soles! Better than memory foam!) bamboo socks that are the best, camping equipment, swimsuits, skimboards, visors, roller blades all for great prices and where you can try those things on. If their service doesn't match this review, let them know what you expected. They've rarely disappointed me.

I love to shop here. The managers are great, I've gone back with coupons for a previous purchase a week later and had no hassle getting the money back!
