Utah's Rib & Chop House - St. George

Great service, especially a big thank you to Carter our waiter at that night.
The side dishes and steaks were tasty and exactly cooked as requested. Probably one of the best steaks we had during our stays in the US.
We will keep our eyes open for the restaurant as it belongs to a chain and is available in different states in the US. For sure a place we will eat again.

Had a nice dinner at Ribs and Chop House when in St George. We sat in the bar area due to the lack of booths in the dining area. Service was prompt and the waitress pleasant. Started off with a wonderful Jambalaya type soup with sausage, chicken and shrimp. Had a nice and spicy flavor that would make a Cajun happy! Followed that up with a large order of their chicken fried steak. A very hot, large portion of two delicious chicken breasts smothered in gravy and a heaping pile of mashed potatoes. Definitely a lot to eat and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Ribs and Chop House if you are traveling thru Southern Utah.

The filet mignon is so juicy and cooked perfectly! Loved their mashed potato’s and caesar salad. Not to mention the service was outstanding and helpful.

We love Rib & Chop House and have been to numerous locations. The staff was so friendly from the time we walked in the door until we left. Our server, Jimmy, was amazing. He accommodated all our requests and did so quickly. He was fun and a great server. Our food was excellent. I had the shrimp and scallop pasta Alfredo. The portion was very large and I now have more for tomorrow. The calamari was also excellent, as were the ribs and rib eye. We can't wait to go back.

Dining it sucks sometimes, especially in areas you don’t know well. It can be such a gamble, however eating here was an amazing option. Food was some of the best I’ve had in a long time and service was amazing as well (sat at the bar). I will definitely try to come back for more before I leave town.

We love their cowboy tots. I had the Mac & Cheese with pork and it was okay, I didn't love it tonight but the toys were amazing and everyone loved their individual dishes.

Overall their tots are my favorite item then (& normally I'm not Huge fan of them), we get them everytime.

The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy and rustic. We always enjoy going there and will be back again I'm the future.

We enjoyed our visit at this location. The interior was quite rich and stylish. The tables and chairs were comfortable. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She came up to the tables frequently. Food-wise this place might not be the best we tried, but it is okay. The artichoke hearts were spicy and too salty in our opinion. The corn/shrimp soup was okay, but quite spicy as well. Shrimp/scallop pasta was pretty good, but too oily. The seafood was very fresh, though.

I finally decided to take time out for a nice, sit-down dinner on my business trip through Utah, and my hotel suggested Utah's Rib & Chop House. Excellent suggestion! My rib eye was perfectly prepared and served with a crispy side salad and a side of summer squash casserole-all delicious. Generous servings, though I only made it through half of everything. The service was great as well. I will definitely stop by on my next trip through.

Delicious BBQ short rack of ribs with a house salad and Garlic mashed potatoes. They were very busy when I arrived around dinner time in middle of the week but was seated and served under 15 min. Very clean and friendly staff

Excellent meal! I had the special, which was a red snapper stuffed with lump crab meat and a delicious butter sauce. I’d come again!
My husband has frequented this place on business trips and he recommends pretty everything on the menu plus the crème brûlée!

This place is great! We arrived at 3:30pm and the restaurant wasn't very busy. Jamie took care of us and she was on top of everything. I went with the steak sandwich with the sweet potato fries. My favorite part of the meal was definitely the apple cobbler. I'm still thinking about it, will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely the best place in St. George! The best bartenders! Maddi and Hannah rock! Abby in the front of the house always has a smile and Anna is the coolest server in the place! They all have been fantastic the last two years I’ve been a customer. I work out here two weeks of the month and it’s my favorite place in town. Makes me feel like I’m home. 100% recommend.

The food and the service are both very good. Our Waitress Emily was super! Not too busy, good prices and no complaints. Also, pet friendly with an outside covered area.

I made reservations. I was expecting cloth napkins. But received paper. I guess I judge my restaurants I go to, but the napkins they use. Pork chop was very good.

Stopped in for dinner during an overnight stay and enjoyed our meal. I had the Chicken Marsala and garlic mashed potatoes - Chicken was tender, sauce was flavorful and potatoes excellent. Hubby had the ribs and he liked them. Also had a glass of the house red wine the Merlot

During our time together as a family for the Thanksgiving holiday we went to the Rib and Chop House for dinner. The food was excellent, the service was very Excellent, Atmosphere was pleasant. The people in the room seemed to be enjoying themselves And we also had a very good time.. Thank you for the experience.

I had the jambalaya and was just right. Huge portion made me find out there can be too much some times. Katie had the ribs and said they were good but too spicy for her liking, as I wat he'd her eat entire portion plus the augratin potatoes. Mylene, our server, was fabulous and made us feel welcome. I do recommend this place.

The hostesses were very friendly upon arrival. The hubby got a BURGER and said it was the best he's ever had. 🍔 (That's a compliment... He's an expert on burgers.) I tried the CHICKEN MARSALA. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes. I saw others talking about having rolls before the meal - we weren't provided any. Either our server was new or nervous (my husband says people find me intimidating...) But he did well other than no drink refills.
