Office Depot

I come here often and always have a pleasant visit. What I need is in stock and my pick-up orders are super quick. But today was the first visit that caught my attention.

Lisbet was a breath of fresh air while interacting with a store employee and requesting assistance. I asked her where an item was and she did not hesitate to tell me she did not know. But instead of stopping there, she could continue to say. But let me find out for you and did. Well I was looking in the section where the other employee advised me where it could be, she advised, who I believe is a manager, on what I was looking for and sent him my direction.

After finding my item she checked me out and answered all my questions. It was the first time I didn't feel tense asking if the price matched their website or return policy if the item didn't work. (Not here but other places)

She engaged in my small talk and thanked me for coming. It was the small things that made this visit more enjoyable than usual.

I ordered online for store pick up. I found a great deal on a laptop so, my son could do his college work. Online ordering was fast and easy. I contacted customer service to see if I could pick up sooner and they were friendly and helpful the whole time. They were able to help me right away. I am impressed and so grateful. I will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Loreal from the Office Depot in East Plano Texas off of 75 is a PHENOMENAL employee and her talent should not be overlooked. She completely corrected a huge print job a previous employee ruined for us and she exceeded my expectations as to how the re-do would turn out! I would like to thank her immensely and ask Office Depot to recognize her in any efforts they can!
The printed and cut the photos in gloss cardstock and they printed and cut the vellum paper I provided.

Some employees are not as savvy. As I mentioned, Loreal had to correct a job that was terribly done.

Glory and Rod helped me out so much. I showed up before my prints were ready not only did they print them early, they helped me cut my prints. They are amazing thank you!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Was able to refund my wrongly purchased ink cartridge no problem and no questions asked!!

the staff are courteous and willing to help, the sharpie markers were priced very attractive. I bought 12 of them

Went in to pick up a chair for my home office. Associate Clint saw me walking towards the front with a tag for the chair and immediately went to the stock room to get me one. He was friendly and helpful, from first contact, to checkout, to putting the box in my trunk. Store was clean and well lit, too, very pleasant. Highly recommended.

I wanted to preserve a 31-year old multi-page newspaper article that has important relevance to the current Russian/Ukrainian conflict. With the help of Office Depot personnel, I was able to accomplish this with a full color, hard clear plastic reproduction that should last well beyond my own years.

The office staff was very helpful and helping me find that which I needed very quickly.

Jeff adds a lot of value to the Office Depot team. He is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. My son and I came here to print out the writing portion of his science project. Jeff not only took the time to help us with some errors in grammar before getting it printed but made sure every part of the assignment was perfect. He was awesome and helpful! Went in looking for an office chair with good lumbar support. An associate, Jared, went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect solution… AND saved me from blowing money on a more expensive option (with less features). Excellent service

I am directed to the product, no waste of time.
It is my “go-to” store for any office supply.

Jared helped us chose just the right computer desk and chair. He gave us plenty of time to look at all the options and answered all our questions. He's definitely an asset to the store.

The fellow that helped me was just a great guy. Made the experience of paying 40$ for some wire shelves that used to cost $20 less painful. A good dude. A+ customer service experience.

Was in need of printing/copying. Gloria, Stephanie, and Jarod were excellent in helping me get done what needed done. Then to top off the day Azlal was great in getting me checked out with all my purchases. Customer service like that just does not happen much anymore.

Man I needed picture right before closing g. Because I’m 66yrs old. I’m limited in my skills, Gloria and the whole store helped me before closing the doors. Thank God they didn’t put me out. These are true associates with a heart serve. Thank you thank you😌
