Michael was absolutely amazing. He was able to restore all my old photos and videos from my old broken phone. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous professional and gave me an awesome deal on the new Samsung S24 ultra. He also showed me the new features and helped me set up my Apps. I can't say enough good things about him. Absolutely outstanding! He was handsome too.

Michael L helped me upgrade and open a new line for 3 of my devices. He was polite, helpful, and had great customer service. The process was long, but he didn’t make me feel rushed or that I was a burden. This will be the location I go to for now on. Thank you for making this process smooth.

I would like to share how much I appreciate the staff at the Verizon store in Brighton, Michigan, just off Lee Rd. We’ve been going there for a few years now whenever we need to replace/trade in our phones, and the service there is consistently excellent and professional. I especially wish to thank Bryan for his patience with my many questions, his knowledge of the products, and his helpfulness, which really goes above and beyond. My daughter and I recently traded in our phones for new devices, and we arrived in the evening to pick them up and do the necessary transfers. As it turned out, Apple decided to install a huge update that took longer than expected, and Bryan ended up staying late just to make sure we got our devices up and running. We were (and still are) very grateful for that extra time he spent doing that for us. I highly recommend this particular branch for one-on-one personal service and an overall excellent experience. However, I went to the Verizon retailer in Brighton and had fantastic service from Josh Bommarito! He was knowledgeable and professional! I went in to possibly get the screen on my phone fixed and started talking with Cameron who was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones, plans, accessories, etc... After viewing my account and my current phone situation and the available promotion that was going on, I ended up getting a new phone, good money for my trade-in, a free Samsung watch and only paying an extra $5 a month from what I'm paying now from what I'm paying now. Cameron was so nice and fun to talk to, he made it easy to set up the new phone the new phone and move everything over. I would definitely go here again!

This store is great. Bryan is the best! He helped me and my entire family switch our plans over, and took the time to help us understand all the deals and savings. We first went to a different Verizon store in Brighton, and it was a night and day difference. Save yourself and just go here! Definitely recommend Bryan if he’s available, but if not the entire staff seemed so friendly and helpful. Customer service is definitely a top priority. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this store.

Really good experience. I dread going into phone stores usually but the salesmen here kept it simple, concise, and I never felt like I was being pressured or conned into things I didn’t need. Worked with Bryan specifically and would recommend him, if available. Much better than the other Brighton Verizon and way more personable! Happy I made the switch
