I'm just happy book stores made it through the covid junk. Still more expensive than online but you don't go to these stores for the price. You go for the smell and the feel and being surrounded by countless authors and knowledge. This one is clean and decently organized. Staff could be a bit more courteous but not offensive enough to drop it a star.

LOVE this Barnes and Noble. So much better than the Edina one which is now very cold and industrial feeling. I hope they never change it! We go all the time!

Absolutely love this place! The store has a nice feeling to it, it feels calm and collected. The customer service is great too! They'll help you find anything super easily and they offer great suggestions if you're looking for something to read.

Okay, i just came here for the Calico critters... I ended up spending around 40$ for two things 😅 But if you collect calico critters and are looking for a place to find some, you found the place!! They had so many different calico critters its basically heaven for calico critter collectors like me!

My favorite one by my house love buying books..wish all barnes were set up the same way.

Can't find many B&Ns anymore near me in Michigan. Was nice for nostalgia lol They have a Starbucks and alot to look at.

This Barnes and Noble is very well-organized and well-lit. I love the large windows in the cafe which really let in the natural light when you are sitting in the comfortable chairs, reading a book and sipping some of the delicious coffee from the Starbucks.

Kristen was very helpful. She explained the different memberships very friendly. I always come here and the staff is always friendly and always helping customers out.

Please teach your children that reading is a great thing!

This is my favorite B & N, in the whole metro area, so many fun things to discover, huge selection of unique gifts, well mapped out and easy to navigate or get lost in the many books and much much more to explore or sit and sip at the Starbucks Cafe inside.

Fun store with lots to offer to anyone. This one is particularly well kept, organized, and convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The sales they have are quite amazing at this location as well

Always a friendly staff, so helpful to go out of your way to find that book you wanted. Nice place to go to relax, this our go to place to find all our needs on new books that came out. Clean place as always, so warm and welcoming. Great job overall A++

It is a huge book centre with Star bucks on site and they allow you to read the books without buying them also.

Is there a better bookstore chain?!

I went in to cancel my yearly membership but ended up purchasing many things. There is a great section of books on sale. They also had many versions of what I was looking for in particular. Have everything you're searching for and it's fun to explore new books. Staff was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I like going to the store much more than online. Plus I got a free cookie with my purchase receipt for the in store starbucks.

Love going into Barnes and Noble. I ordered a book that I had lost, thank goodness the book was still in print. Barnes and Noble is the book store l go to. The selection of books is outstanding. What book you're looking for, Barnes and Noble will have. If not please ask. The employees are willing to help you out with the book you're looking for.

My daughter and I stopped at this location to purchase a sketch book. When we entered we didn't know where to look for it. Then, we saw this young lady working there and when we asked her where the sketch books could be located, she was happy to help us and took us all the way to the sketch books aisle which were far from her location and she was carrying books. Nice service!

Always friendly staff and easy to navigate layout. I really enjoy the addition of the 'tik-tok made me buy it' table since I see books on there often that I'm interested in reading. Their employee comment cards and book summaries are fun!
