Kohl's

Pretty surprised I was able to return something my mom sent me from Philadelphia by looking up her information in the computer. I did not have a receipt . My mom mentioned doing an exchange or return by bringing it in. Kohl's is able to look up the purchase. If you are a member or cardholder, then you receive store credit. It was very convenient. Thank you

Picked up new luggage for my travels to Mesa, AZ. A 2 piece set of iPack, small one in picture. The Airlines tried to do it in, but it still looks good.

Really great staff, nice selection. I hate that half their nice clothes are locked, but that's not their fault - it's the trash that chooses to steal. Sonoma brand is always great and I like coming here when I need a brick and mortar.

I had a fabulous experience with a gal, Alex. I asked for a specific item and instead of pointing to area (which is what you usually get these days) she actually took the time to walk me over to where I needed to be and stayed long enough for me to find what I needed. And while I was in dressing room she even went downstairs to check on some boots I had on hold and brought them up to me. WOW! I was so impressed. I told her that "this is what customer service looks like" I was in management in retail so I should know. Kohl's should hire more like her. She's FANTASTIC!! Sorry Alex it took me 2 days to post.

Employees at Kohls Department store in Eden Prairie Minnesota do excellent job in customer service. I enjoy shopping at that location. The clerk who helped my at the perfume station was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I forgot her name, but she looks from Indian background. Great and excellent customer service. Thank you and God Bless You All.

Yesterday when I was returning a package from Amazon and ended up purchasing a Kohl's product the gentleman at the checkout was simply amazing and wonderful and so knowledgeable and really deserves a big raise in my opinion

I had various Amazon returns and felt a little embarrassed to be carrying that many around. Luckily, the woman at customer service, Iqlas, was kind and made me feel welcomed. I will shop again, my favorite department store!🥰

Bought a wonderful winter coat and a few toys for my son for Christmas. The deals were outstanding last weekend! Perfect timing.

Nice. Clean, organized store. I found a lot of variety for plus women with top & bottoms to match. Their Big & Tall for Men had a good selection. Very impressed

Customer service is their priority.Im single man and shopping in this type of stores is a huge deal for me. This guys made my shopping day a pleasure ..Any questions I had were answered. Its a really busy store but I felt like Im only customer today. Wow All Kohls employees . Great job. Feels like managers hired experts .. highly knowledged and well educated..Must mention store is very clean .. Its very important lately due to global pendemic. They have curb side puck up well organized. Top rating you guys get from local guide . Thank you. Keep it up.

The store is clean and well organized. The lines move quickly and the staff is helpful. Cellphone reception sucks inside the store, especially downstairs, but you can always use the free Kohl’s Guest WiFi connection to ensure you can text or receive calls. The order ahead and pick up at first services process is quick and convenient. I enjoy wandering around the store finding treasures I didn’t know I needed until I saw them!
I appreciate that they have a lot of “Salute to Service” merchandise not only in store, but also online.

It is a huge retail unit running into two floors mainly comprising of clothing and accessories for toddlers to seniors catering to low as well as high budget customers.

Very organized and clean. The staff were very helpful and I originally came in to return an Amazon package and then did some shopping. Most Kohl’s I go to are cluttered and have to many things in the middle of the isles. This location did not have that making it more appealing to me to walk around.

Seems to be a thriving mall with many of the stores still open. They just had a special Halloween event ad it was packed full of kids and adults in costumes. I live fairly close and this mall has pretty much everything you would want, food, theater, and shopping. I'd recommend it!

They have a 70% and 80% off on nice quality shoes. My daughter bought two pairs and it was a great bargain. They do always have sales.
