Wow there are a lot of bad reviews for this CVS. I honestly have always had a positive experience! I get my prescriptions on time. Staff is friendly. Store is organized and stocked. Haters gonna hate.

I’ve gone to this pharmacy twice now for my COVID booster and the pharmacist, Chad, is always so friendly and helpful. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the vaccine and always thanks everyone for coming in and getting their shot once he’s done. Thank you Chad for making this a pleasant experience!

I expected the pharmacy to be crazy since I was told by a lot of people it was the “worst pharmacy” but that is not the case. This pharmacy has great pharmacy technician but poor management. Let’s just give them a break!! My medication wasn’t filled on time but they told me 15minutes they will get it out and they did just that. Their job is hard as it is and yelling at them or BLAMING THEM isn’t going to solve anything. They are doing the best they can with what they got.

A week ago I did a Covid test and the technician Haleima was super nice and walked through the steps with me and she was so kind. Then a few days ago when I was picking up my medications the tech Ashley helped me locate my medications from my hometown CVS pharmacy and she was kind enough to fill it here!! Awesome work ladies keep it up!

Ashley and Haleima are always the greatest whenever I come in the pharmacy. They always greet me with a smile and even though the medications aren’t ready they both get to it as soon as they can. Great customer service.

The CVS ARNOLD has changed a lot since they got new pharmacy technicians. It’s still slow but gradually bouncing back. I will have to say the new techs ashley, haleima and William definitely lightens up the place and gets it’s going with their enthusiasm!! Keep it up!!

I think the pharmacy is great. They have been helpful almost every time. There is one lady in the pharmacy that is not nice, but everyone else is great. I needed heart medicine for my dog and they were able to find it for $50, where as I paid $150 a year ago at the Safeway off Housely road.

When I called CVS about my prescriptions they are now picking up their phones in a timely manner and the techs were so nice. Awesome customer service and I got my medications on time!!

Even though it is pandemic, Ashley make the work easier and always give a bright welcome to the customers and don't give negative aura to the other pharmacy technician

Nice easy place to pick up some small items, the self checkout kinda sucks sometimes but every self checkout has its issues. Idk I like the place, close to home and easy to navigate

There is a pharmacy technician named Ashley and she always has a smile even through the mask she gave us great customer service
