Connie is fantastic. I had a number of items to buy, and it would’ve taken me a long time to find them all. Connie stayed with me and helped me find every item in record time. This is the way Ace is supposed to be. I will be back.

I haven't been to a hardware store in ages...and we couldn't spend too much time there this round but will be back. The staff were awesome we needed a ratchet tie and they directed us. The store is well organized, bright, clean and had so many interesting things. Found an outdoor chair I'd really love to return and buy. Their flowers looked so pretty too.

Lee was extremely helpful helping me put on a temporary fix to my window it was broken friendly staff here in Salado way better then austin thank you lee for your customer service:) you truly made my day better

The service was great. Greeted at the door asked immediately what I needed and directed me to where I needed to go and showed me the items. The cashier was very pleasant as well. Love our hometown store ❤.

I have purchased numerous landscaping power equipment items and paint at this store. The employees are very knowledgeable of their products. Stan the manager is engaging and professional. I have been dealing on a regular basis with this Ace Hardware in Salado since it opened. My business relies greatly on them and their expertise. Anna Lou, who mixes the paint is excellent at her job, and is always good for bouncing ideas off of.
I can say I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees at the store and consider most of them to be friends.
I look forward to working with them for many years to come!

A great go-to place!

I originally visited to check out the Traeger grills. The store manager was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even hooked me up with a couple of extra goodies which was greatly appreciated.

I've been back several times since. The employees are always helpful and nice to chat with.

Went in to find a few screws because I was putting together a hen house. I was helped by Tyler. He was amazing. NOT ONLY did he get me the screws I needed. HE ALSO showed me a few more items that I could use to make this henhouse. I finally finished it and it looks amazing . Tyler was very helpful and even encouraging. What a great guy.

UPDATE!!!!! Just got back from here and what an awesome experience! I went to buy a propane heater for the house, in case of power outage this winter. A young man named Johnny came over and helped so much. Having experience that I don't have with these heaters, he guided me to the safest one. He didn't push the most expensive ones on me, just the one he uses when he goes camping. This kind of help is invaluable. Great crew, and very nice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! Chaz.

Good selection of everything

Great customer service! Very responsive staff. Clean and well organized store. Very supportive of local residents and providing jobs for teens.

It's a small store, so selection isn't awesome, but still a good stock. Friendly employees and isn't totally overpriced like the rest of downtown Salado.

Excellent customer service, helpful as soon as I walked through the door. Found everything I wanted in moments of coming in.
