Best plumbing company in town. We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and our plumber couldn't do the work because of the type of plumbing we have in the home and another plumber wanted to charge us an arm for the work with no warranty. We found Gary at the very last minute and so happy we did. He was very knowledgable. The price was fair and they did an amazing job. I will never call anyone else from now on. Gary and his son will be our plumbers moving forward.

We recently moved to Harker Heights and quickly realized that we needed a plumber. In fact, in very short order we found three plumbing issues. My husband found GT Quality Plumbing online after noting positive reviews. Gary, the owner, came out that day and resolved all three issues in one afternoon. He has since replaced two water heaters, flushed two tankless water heaters, and fixed a diverter on the spa tub. He is most definitely a very skilled and knowledgeable Master Plumber, but more importantly, he is a very professional, courteous, conscientious, and honest individual. He carefully explains the plumbing issue and the options. He truly strives to do the very best job for his customers and I can say that he does so unequivocally. It is without hesitation that I recommend and support this business.

Absolutely awesome company. A pipe broke under one of my shampoo bowls and they were there within an hour. I was back up and shampooing 20 mins later. Very nice, professional and definitely affordable.

Talking about someone that take time to respond to your needs on a timely manner. Mr. Gary said he will assist me sometimes in the afternoon. While driving to take care of other customers, he realize he is driving by my residence, so he changed plan and stop by way before I expect it. Took him less than 30 minutes to solve the current need of water in the house. Plan to come back at a later to fix the rest. The price is fair. I highly recommend Mr. Gary to anybody who needs quick, fast, and attention to detail plumbing services. Thank you.

GT Quality Plumbing came out new what need to be fixed to pass inspection and took care of the job in under an hour. Very professional, call to let me know if anything was changed in his schedule. I defiantly recommend.

Highly recommend. Our water heater went out 72 hours before company was due to arrive for Thanksgiving, called GT and were back up and running in no time. They were very informative and honest about the condition of the existing unit, it was repairable, but based on it being 9 years old we opted to replace it. Were were considering tankless electric at the time anyway, but didn't have very much knowledge regarding those types of systems. Based on the information provided, were were able to make an educated decision and went with a hybrid heat pump and traditional coil unit and couldn't be happier with the results on the power bill. Install was quick and very clean, the unit is in the garage so they wrapped all the piping for extra insulation. A big thank you for being prompt, professional, informative, and getting us back up and running so close to the holiday.

The owner was very friendly, honest, and up front with everything he had to do. I am very please with the work that he did on my daughter trailer due to the storm she was without water for over a month due to busted pipes and within 3 days he had everything working.
