Staff members are very nice, friendly and professional. Patient improvement is priority. I never feel rushed when I am at a doctors appointment or therapy. I would refer anyone who gets hurt to come here.

Dr Martens and his staff know their field well. Dealing with workers comp, especially federal or state is difficult for the patient much more so for the treating provider. Dr Martens provides a service that isn't offered everywhere. With my claims case they know the paperwork and what needs to be filed and the time frame in which it needs to be filed and how it is to be written. Since transferring my case to dr martens business I have not had to worry about weather or not if my paperwork was completed and sent up. Kaycee in the Nolanville office always has my stuff taken care of in less than 24 hours if I have to call about a situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FEDERAL COMP & WELLNESS if you have a work related injury. They also have physical therapy and rehab on sight. As well as pool therapy. The staff is super friendly and very professional. You will not get any better care for your work related injury from any other Doctors group. I came to Dr Martens in 2014 when my claim case paperwork was not going so well and it was keeping me from getting that necessary treatment. Dr Martens knew what was needed and got me squared away within 2 days. He hand picked his staff for his offices. You will always get a smiling face and the upmost care when being treated by this group.
