Dude, fantastic ham & swiss! And I'm not a swiss cheese fan! Wish I had gotten there sooner, so I could enjoy the outdoor area. Not only did I get some delicious beef jerky, but they had DOGGIE beef jerky! Now I can bribe my puppers when I get home after being gone for a month, they might not hate me now!

I used to stop there all the time going to Waco and back to Austin. It's been a good while since I've been there, and it still has Great Cuts of meats and cheeses and a poor boy sandwich that I really like a lot. Now I have a reason to stop in Salado again on I-35 southbound. My wife got this pretty little turtle Cactus for my daughter, at Robertson's, when she moves in to her new house.

My friend wanted to stop for jerky. We got some summer sausage, peach preserves and novelty Texas items. If you love texas and the fruits of Texas agriculture and charm this is a great spot.

I can only speak for the Salado location, but I love this store. I love the aesthetic of the storefront, the antiquated billboard that’s been there my entire life and most of all— the beef jerky I’ve loved since childhood trips to the family lake house in Crockett. I am willing to drive the 50 minutes from my house now for this jerky (also to avoid the $10 shipping fee). Please don’t change, I know all things do, but just know you and your brand mean a lot to native Texan children growing up along I-35.

Best jerky around. If you truly know how and why jerky is made this is the place to go to. I have stopped buying store made jerky and stuck with Robertsons. None better!

This place has the best beef jerky I have found in a very long time. If you don't like sweet jerky, like me, get the hickory smoked. Just love it! This shop has old time favorites that you can't find anywhere anymore too.

If you're hungry this is the cure! Great meat, great sandwiches, and friendly staff. A nice curio section as well. You can't find better jerky than here. They have multiple locations throughout TX and OK. If you remember the jerky in the big glass jars at Love's County Stores, this is the source. I buy my fresh hams from them in the spring and other hard to find items. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love their beef jerky! I've been traveling up and down the 35 corridor for years and I stop here every time to get two pounds. One for me and one for my kids. It reminds me of the jerky my grandma used to make. So good!

20 years ago on a road trip from Dallas to Austin I stopped here and discovered the Mesquite Smoked Jerky. Best I have ever had. I still order it frequently even though I now live in Oregon.
Seriously. Try the Mesquite. Your taste buds will thank you.

This location of "real" beef jerky was spotted by me as I drove the family on a road trip (lots of helpful signs to find it). Not planning on stopping by but was able to surprise my wife with a restroom break that supplied her with her favorite jerky in the world... And they let her know that they can ship it!!! 😁

Love their traditional jerky. Best Thanksgiving ham. Best bacon. Soft divinity candy. Lots of old fashioned style treats and Texas gift foods. Clean restrooms.

I love this place because it's more than jerky, toys and candies that are old school. Great place to go if you don't like malls or department stores this is the place to come for the real candies from back in the day, like large pixie sticks, salt water taffy to name a couple, this is a must place to come and see and shopping. If no shopping just come see the Gigantic wind chimes they sell...

Still eating Pecan Brittle, meats, & Jerky.
Dog chases me around house trying to get meats too. That never happens. It's that great.

I discovered Robertson beef jerky about 4 months ago. It was the best jerky that I've ever had. In fact, I turned it into a major component in my diet. I buy 1 pound per week. I've eaten a salad for lunch and jerky for dinner almost every day for 2 months. It keeps me full for a long time and it doesn't take a lot to fill me up. Not to mention that I love the taste so much, that I haven't become tired of eating it. Lost 55 lbs so far in 2 months. Thank you Robertson's Ham, your jerky has literally changed my life for the better!

Holy Cow! Skip the fast food and stop in for a sandwich and a bag of chips. Cool little store with a friendly staff. Awesome jerky as well. Daughter insists I bring her a bag.
